Store says they open at 8am. Came to pick up a customers order and lights on with food out but no employees. Completely ridiculous. They need to shut this one down. At least the one on the other end of town is better, cleaner, polite, and open.

My boyfriend is a former Worker
At Subway who is disabled was and was discriminated against. He was harassed by one of his co-workers. Then this coworker decided to lie about harassing my boyfriend. I will note clearly if you do not have a PHD You should not be commenting or diagnosing your co-workers. Clearly if you do have a PHD you should not be working at Subway. Clearly somebody should be buying my new house But apparently my boyfriend is by far the bigger person. Unlike Subway who band us from thier stores. In River falls, Baldwin, Hudson All in the state of wisconsin.
Nice young lady in River falls wi. store went above and beyond helping me create the best sandwich I have ever tasted. And I'm 60. Think her name is Jennifer. Feel bad for not paying attention. But the sandwich was fresh and amazing.

I ordered through the app, showed up 35 minutes later, they obviously had not started making my sandwiches yet. They kept making sandwiches for other customers that were standing in line, I asked about my order, and they informed me that they had not started my order yet. I told them i would like to cancel my order, and thry told me that I had no opportunities for a refund because my order was through a "third party" (the Subway app).

The store had a clearly displayed sign indicating sandwich deals. The employees would not honor the price, and claimed ignorance at working the register. I'm sure they would have been pissed off if it was their money.

Ordered from this particular location many times throughout the last year, I was very happy with my product and service every time until now. I am no longer near this location and accidentally ordered pickup here via the app. I called the store both through the app and the number listed on Google and was met with fax noises, so I was unable to cancel my order. Very disappointed.
I am sad that they can never get my order right. I love Subway salads, but am disappointed every time. Wrong bread, the last two times I ordered. Paid extra for Mozzerella and have not gotten it ever. I feel like they should refund me for all of my money that I wasted.
