Not good. Reviews are correct - Employees (not all) are rude and seem upset to be working. Also, orders are regularly wrong. Ordered a steak sub with double protein (extra $2) and no veggies, received a sub with almost zero meat and extra veggies. This is just one example, there are others. Thankfully, there's another subway on main street and they do a terrific job! It's further away from our house, but well worth it. I typically don't leave negative reviews because I realize people are working hard, but this store is so poorly run I felt obligated to. Maybe management will see this and take notice.

My wife ordered a sub to be toasted on 6/16 at 8pm and the girl did not toast it. My wife is pregnant and she cannot have the uncooked deli meat. I also got a sub with the meat heated and it was ice cold. There was 1 other person in the store… unacceptable. Do your job

The manager here is so rude. I have avoided this location for months but was in the area and thought I’d give it another shot. Huge mistake. He refused to give me contact info for the owners and repeated the store number too fast for me to get multiple times. I highly recommend people avoiding this store. Dude clearly hates his job! Not giving one star because I have to.

The manager Eric was extremely rude to his employees after the death of a friend who passed in a car crash may 2nd he told his employee “get over it” and that they were lucky it wasn't a real family member that had passed; then fired them. I called wanted to speak to Tom or somebody higher than him and was told to “figure it out” and he proceeded to hang up on me. I wasn’t rude or belligerent. He was rude and hung up when I told him why I was calling. This place isn’t bad but a heartless soul works here and I will NEVER eat here again

Workers at this subway are not pleasant… girl came out when we walked in with a mouth full of food and neither her nor the other guy working greeted us, and then they continued to have a personal conversation throughout the duration of our order. Spinach was wilted and nasty looking, otherwise I would have gotten it, and the entire veggie rail was a hot mess.
8:45pm and the doors are locked. Supposed to be open until 9pm
