We went through the drive thru and while waiting at the window an employee approached us outside our car asking us to ask the window for 2 straws for another customer. Also asking us to order them extra food he failed to bring. We said we did not feel comfortable with that as it is not our job. Yet the employee still insisted we did it. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Because he would not leave us alone.

Love this McDonald’s close to home eat there like once a day well this monopoly game came out I been tying to order all different things on the monopoly food menu and my stuff had not been coming out with the game pieces as the photo was just one of the few , my fries my pop finally have them on there. I don’t know if they are ripping them off or what is going on

I've ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and they've forgotten part of my order.It's such an inconvenience.I don't understand why the Roberts McDonald's can't get things right.I don't have problems when I go to Hudson and I don't have problems when I go to River Falls.It's very unsatisfying to get home and only have half the order for your family

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a quarter pounder through the app. I customized the order with NO onions. Picked up my order through the drive thru. Instead of no onions, I got double onions. Grill slip said no onions. I'm done with this location.
