I've ordered from here twice in the last 2 weeks and they've forgotten part of my order.It's such an inconvenience.I don't understand why the Roberts McDonald's can't get things right.I don't have problems when I go to Hudson and I don't have problems when I go to River Falls.It's very unsatisfying to get home and only have half the order for your family

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a quarter pounder through the app. I customized the order with NO onions. Picked up my order through the drive thru. Instead of no onions, I got double onions. Grill slip said no onions. I'm done with this location.

Order accuracy and urgency is lost on this crew. Don’t waste your time or money at this location. I’ve given enough chances to know that nothing will change. Why would the location owner care to improve? They’re already shooting fish in a barrel by getting customers traveling on the interstate. Ronald McDonald is rolling in his grave at what a McClusterfuck this location is.

Look at the quantity I pay 11$ for meal and they give this much fries . Very disappointed
Terrible! We waited in line for 20 minutes, only two cars were in front of us. We ordered three, two cheeseburger meals, Xtra pickles and extra onions. We got burnt patties and fries. None of them had Xtra pickles or onions. Some of them didn't have pickles PERIOD. one of my burgers had no onions inside of the burger, but on top like a garnish.

On 2/2/2024 my wife went in to this location and placed a simple order of 2 regular fish fillets and 2 fish fillets with no tartar. The staff couldn't even get it right. Call the manager and she was as incompetent as the staff.
