We ordered online and they messed up two sandwiches. When we called the woman on the phone reluctantly agreed to remaking the sandwiches but we barely said sorry. Won't go back.

Ordered online. At 6:30pm. Arrived at the store at 6:35pm. Entered and told the staff I was parked outside and would wait for my food to be placed on the online order shelf so I could pick it up. Went back to my car to wait (front row facing restaurant so I could see inside). The lady proceeded to sweep the entire restaurant floor instead of preparing my meal. I thought to myself, "Umm okay...?" When a customer pulled up she promptly helped them and they walked out with their food. Then after they finally began preparing my food. I waited and waited for them to finish my food and place it on the online order shelf. After two more families entered and walked out with their food, I walked back in and was asked what was going on. They didn't even finish my order. Then proceeded to say it was because they only had 3/4 of the cookies I ordered. Like hello? I'm parked right outside facing the restaurant. You could have waved for me to enter and asked what options I wanted in regards to the missing cookies. Instead they let my food sit for 40 minutes. I instructed the staff that my online order literally included my phone number for questions about my order for this particular reason. I got the fakest apology one could recieve. Don't be sorry, just don't let it happen again. Literally would have been faster to go to the Baldwin or Hudson Subway. I ended up microwaving our toasted subs when we got home. What an absolute shame. Keep in mind 3 customers in 40 minutes is definitely not "busy". Wish I could have canceled my order from my vehicle and driven to McDonald's or somewhere else instead.

Good place for an on-the-go meal. Strongly urge to look online for coupons and specials before ordering. Knock on wood, we have always had good luck with this Subway. The place is clean, the sandwiches are good and they seem to want to get your order right. Unlike some of the other Subways in the area.
