We stopped by tonight for a quick bite around 5pm and Gilberto took great care of us. He was so very friendly and conscientious. His customer service really stood out. Thank you!

Night crew cant get a single item correct

I did the drive through. I always order the double bacon cheeseburger & fries. Very good burger especially for fast food. Cheaper than McDonald's & a better value. I usually go to a sit down restaurant because as we all know it's cheaper especially in Wisconsin.

Love the food but what is the purpose of using the mobile app if I have to stand in line behind people ordering to get my bag that I can see behind the counter? They have a sign on another counter for mobile pick up order and I've literally stood there for 5 minutes before someone asks if they can help me.

Why spend a bunch of money to advertise and get people in, then you leave the advertisement at home and they won't honor it? it's not even a coupon, it's a flyer. A good manager would say "no worries, just make sure you bring it next time, thanks for the business!". A bad manger says "yeah, sorry, but no, we won't honor it". So instead of me paying for the 2 large blizzards on the counter and being happy they helped, I kept my money, left the two blizzards on the counter already made, then went across the parking lot, bought ice cream at the grocery store so they got my money and I saved $10. Good call.....

Ordered a sweet 16 cake for my daughter and got the wrong cake flavor! Ordered red velvet and got vanilla with brownie chunks. No one wanted to correct it and we ordered ahead of time!

Food here is your typical fast food nothing special, but good staff very friendly and helpful.

Blizzard was purchased/Haven't been to Dairy Queen in years, so was good to try considering health issue/Service was good and atmosphere was nice too.
