Went here Saturday to get some lunch ordered and spent 20 minutes waiting around while the workers were just standing around also after we got our order they didn’t even give us 2 of the sandwiches we ordered wouldn’t be going back!

Normally this has been a pretty decent McDonald's but recently something must have changed. Getting orders completely wrong repeatedly even after specifying. Not to mention the employees having small talk instead of dealing with their drive through customers. Not likely to return anytime soon after being a lifelong customer.

When I ordered on the app I was in st croix falls at the time and paid before I got to the McDonald's, the app ended up sending my order to amery and when I went inside of st croix falls McDonald's to ask for help I was not served or helped for easily 10 mins with multiple workers walking by and just staring at me.. I ended up crossing the street and going to subway lol.

My family and I used to frequent this location, but no longer. As I was picking up my food from the drive thru, two gentlemen were talking at the window while taking out trash. While one removed the trash, the other put a new liner in. As my food arrived, he grabbed my food and handed it to me... without washing hands or putting on gloves. I found it disgusting and immediately threw my order away in a trash can. I hope that this location fixes this gap and trains crew differently. As for me and my family, it was the last time we will go to that location.

Stopped by to get some coffee on my way through town. When they handed me the coffee cups at the drive-thru neither of them had their lids on properly. The first one wasn't a problem, but the second one spilled on me and burned me. The workers seen it, and not only did they not apologize for causing me to get burned, they actually started laughing at me and backed away from the window to try to duck out of sight while laughing. On top of all that they didn't even get the order correct. We only ordered three things and two of them were coffee.

I have just sucked it up several times with this McDonald's, more than 80 percent of the time the fries are cold even though you wait 10 minutes. I don't mind waiting if I'm getting FRESH, HOT food. We were there tonight & had a sandwich missing & of course cold fries. I tried to call to speak to a manager as I have reached my limit. They can't even answer the phone! It was not busy (after 8pm) I tried twice but I'm done!!! No wonder DQ is always busier, bunch of bull!

They didn't get our breakfast order right. You would think 2 mcmuffins and 2 hashbrowns would be easy instead they gave us a biscuit instead . Very sad situation at that McDonalds in st. Croix

I drove thru the drive thru tonight and the computer wouldn't work and he took my order 4 times and kept asking the same things I fully understood and was patient...I order a kids meal cheese burger ketchup only I said that many times, and a $5 meal also ketchup only...took at least 10 minutes and they were both mustard, ketchup 1 pickle, onions...even if they were normal they were still wrong...called them and they told me they knew and I could get a free burger next time...I said I want the full meals replaces next time not just the burgers for the inconvenience as I had already driven many miles back home and the manager refused and kept repeating I have your free burger on the list....I get that it was a new kid who took the order but you need to take responsibility for incorrect orders. Wouldn't you rather have happy customers than a bad review.

This is freaking ridiculous I live in Shafer. I drove there spent $50 on 4 meals and when I got home with the food for my family only 1 meal was correct and missing a sandwich. How incompetent can you be seriously your job is extremely easy And you still screw up. Don't worry I will just waste $50 on food. And when you try to call the phone just keeps on ringing! What a joke of a business. You lost all my business from here on out that's for sure. Very unhappy customer!
