I'd say I can't stand that the kids that are working are always mouthing off while they should be working and being respectful that there are people and children in there lobbies. Food is Good sometimes you can wait up to 20 minutes.

Missed food items multiple times in past experiences and poor service times, I just waited at the curbside pickup for 25 - 30 minutes with at least 3 new lines coming through after I placed my order. I decided to just go to dairy queen across the street which has friendly and more reliable service around the board. They had me out in less than 10 minutes. This McDonald's performs terribly and I'm not the only one who thinks this in the area. The manager needs to get it figured out.
Edit: I had 1 qpc meal, and a mcdouble with an extra drink. I'm not sure how it takes half an hour, just for reference. 👎

Was served RAW MEAT in my double quarter pounder meal. This is the 2nd time I have reviewed inadequately cooked food. I will be going elsewhere as I dont want to risk contamination for me or my family. Farewell McDonald's

The food took forever to come out. They dont bring it to the table when you order from table or kiosk. They were arguing with each other in the kitchen. After about 40 minutes of waiting our food came out mostly cold. Absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time.

This location isn’t that great, when ordering table service from the app or kiosk they almost never bring it out on a tray they bag it instead. All the menu items are also more expensive than any other McDonalds in the area. They even charge for condiments. This is the only McDonalds I’ve been to that charges extra for the condiments.

Last three time I have ordered here for my family of 8. Our orders are usually between $50-$70 at a time. They have forgotten at least one or more items from our order. We live almost 20min away and it costs more in fuel to go back and get it. So far in the last three visits they have forgotten a ten piece Nuggets and fries, forgotten a Big Mac, and now today a McChicken. Three Strikes and your out....... Please use a different McDonald's this one is not concerned about fulfillment of your order at all. Service here is poor at best
I just got fries and a drink but the fries tasted like a high person made them in the best way possible. 10/10 night snack. So salty. Loved it.

This is concerning the St. Croix Falls, WI location. I ordered and paid for a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with fries, apples, apple juice, ketchup, and a toy. I got a 6 piece nugget. This is becoming the norm at this location.
