As I sit inside the lobby with only one other family, it disturbs me that literally ALL the tables are dirty, debris and food on the floor and condiment counter completely filthy with spilt pop and ketchup.I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they had a rush at lunch??? But absolutely no urgency to get the place tidied up….I’ve been here for over 30 minutes.As a fellow customer service employee, I see many things wrong here….with multiple employees sitting on break and/or eating. ?

I frequently go here and I have to say it is hit or miss. This last time was a doozy. I ordered a McChicken with added tomatoes, they weren't on there. I ordered an ice Carmel macchiato and got a piping hot cup of joe. They fixed the McChicken just fine but when I got the macchiato the bottom half was THICK CARMEL SYRUP. not good not good at all.

Me and my mom came here through the drive through. When we asked for a side of spicy pepper sauce, the little cup container was not even 1/4 of the way full. I also asked for extra ketchup, and it was all over inside my wrapper. I'm sad to say this is disappointing. Won't be going to this one again.
