I have ordered takeout here a few times and the food was never really all that good. I think this is the last time I will be ordering from here. My chicken had way too much breading, was not crispy and was very soggy. The sauce did not taste good. Not worth complaining to management about, but do not recommend. I do not think I will be finishing this food. Other than the pot stickers, which were very good, the food was not edible and tasted like dish water.

We love the Panda King! The food is always hot, fresh and tasty. The service is fast, the staff friendly and the robot is fun. They happily accommodated our large group when we were celebrating a birthday recently. It's one of our favorite restaurants in the St.Croix Valley.

Terrible. The chicken was mostly batter, no broccoli hardly. . The hot sour soup wasn’t soupy, but sticky and chunky and way to hot. Fried rice awful. And when we picked up the food, people not pleasant.

I have always liked the honey chicken and chicken lo mein, but today they must have changed cooks because they both were Sub par. The honey chicken was not crisp and the honey sauce was glopped on and too much. The flavor on the lo mein was bland and dry.

I was feeling very ill and knew I needed to do was get something to eat and I would feel better. When I walked in I told the young lady at the counter I wasn’t feeling well and needed to sit down. I sat at the nearest table because I was feeling light headed. The table was dirty and had dishes all over it. She came to take my order and I asked her if she would clean the table. She said to me “ All you’re going to do is dirty it up again.” I was appalled as I asked her if she was serious? She said yes. She angrily came back to remove the dishes in a huff but left the table heavily stained with dries causes smeared over it. I agin asked if she could clean the table. She half wiped it and brought my food. This is the third rude interaction I’ve had with this young Asian girl. I asked her why was she being so rude to me as I have done nothing to you? She glared angrily at me and walked away. It’s my personal opinion that she does not like black people as I watched her many times be kind and respectful to white customers while taking great care to attend to them. Management will not do anything as I have spoken to them last year regarding her behavior towards me. I don’t trust eating there anymore as the last time I ate there I called in my order but when I arrived was told I hadn’t put in an order. The same young woman answered the phone and took the order. My food literally had black grease smeared on it. Being a chef myself i chose not to eat it. I don’t recommend this place if you’re someone of color. Also, I didn’t see the food until I got home. I believe that this young lady harbors a resentment towards me because I told on her some time ago. Nonetheless her behavior is appalling and as a customer of many years eating at Panda king I feel nothing will be done. Therefore I won’t be returning anymore.

This was our 3rd visit here in the past few months. Previously my food was good but I must have just ordered the wrong thing this time. I ordered Szechwan Beef because I wanted to try something different this time. It was 95% cabbage and the rest was thinly sliced carrots and thinly sliced meat (they called it beef). I can say it was the worst thing I have ever had in an Asian restaurant. My husband had his usual Sweet and Sour Chicken that was OK. I will likely go back but will order something I’m more familiar with. They have a new robot that delivers the food to your table. I’m not sure what I think about that…must save on hiring a real person to do the job.

The Szechuan Shrimp came quickly and was tasty. Wes was our server; he was very kind and outgoing. I greatly appreciated his attentiveness and genuine smile!

I Normally come to Panda King all the time. I’ve never had an issue, but today they were a little busy and they completely forgot one of our meals. I live 20 miles away and didn’t notice that they had forgot the meal until I got home. I called right away and then had to drive back. My issue is this was their mistake and not mine. I had to take an extra hour to get my food. The claim was it was busy, but when I was there it was not that busy, the manager had taken my order and had handed to me. I was not offered a refund or a free dinner for the next visit, all I got was an extra spring roll for my time. I wasn’t even asked if I like spring rolls?
