Food was honestly bland… I was going to give a decent review considering it was a clean place and the people were nice there but, this food gave me serious stomach issues. So, I’m gonna have to give it a 1 star. Your response of ‘it seems that is the case at a lot of the restaurants you visit except McDonalds’ is such a ridiculous response. If you saw my 2 McDonald’s reviews you definitely saw the plethora of 5 star reviews for many other restaurants I’ve visited. Your response was just immature in my opinion. I feel like people need honest reviews. If the food was outstanding I would have said that.

The food is mostly great. There are just a few little things I would change. It's typically very busy. Long line. It doesn't feel like a very welcoming atmosphere to dine in. In my opinion, we usually order to go. I always thoroughly enjoy the food. Fresh tortilla chips. Good salsa. I love the cilantro aioli. I wish they had more cheese options. I also wish they were able to do delivery still. :/ We were able to get poco loco a lot more often when it was delivered.

All in all this a great place if you are craving that "chipotle" style of Mexican food. Portions are generous, prices are basically on point with pretty much everywhere else these days, wife had a quesadilla while I had a burrito bowl and it ran about $35 with tip. Lots of seating with a very open floor concept.

Staff are always super friendly with fast service and the food is absolutely fantastic! A friend of mine showed me this place and I’ve returned MANY times since! Their queso is the absolute best queso I’ve ever had and wish I knew their recipe for it!

Much better than Chipotle, and almost as good as Qdoba. If they offered shrimp, it would be the best ever! (just my preference) I love that the meats and veggies are fresh and MOIST, not all dry and crunchy.UPDATE: This is an old review. After MANY, MANY (and a few more) visits, I'm upgrading my opinion. It's MUCH BETTER than Chipotle or Qdoba!

PocoLoco is a Mexican Food version of Subway, where you can select a protein or vegetable, then select your toppings to complete your meal. Most food items Poco Loco offers are good- Burritos, Quesadillas, and their daily special items. One item that Poco Loco offers makes no sense to me- Nachos. Poco Loco's Nachos do Not come with melted cheese. If you want melted cheese on your Nachos, be prepared to pay more money for it. Cold shredded cheese is included in the price of Poco Locos Nachos. Disappointing.
I only got chips and queso this time, but it was really good. The chips were nicely salted and fresh. Queso was great! Not really spicy, so I got some spicy salsa to go with it. Price was good too. I'll go back for a burrito bowl next time.
