Rotisserie chicken looked awful, big watery hunks instead of shredded…I’ve been getting this since it came out and have had it recently in many locations- never seen it looking like that. Both guys working had long hair. The one’s hair was longer than mine- it was all over and he was making sandwiches…I’ve had hair in my food at other places so I definitely got squeamish. Then I hear him sniffling and his nose was pink so I watched a little more and he would WIPE his nose on his wrist and the bottom of his glove and go back to the sandwich…and wipe…and repeat 🤮 that’s when I told the guy never mind. Never going back🤮

When I finished my little bit of shopping, I decided to get a sub.
I haven’t for about a year, due to me being a store manager of a subway until a year ago.
The other blonde female working was in the table area with a very smug unhappy look, I said hello to her with a smile. No response back from her.
I was waiting patiently for the young lady who seems about 6-8 months pregnant, finish with the customer in front of me sub. The sandwich artist was talking with who I assumed to be her boyfriend and a Walmart working talking about if they had enough country fried steaks in the Walmart worker. This customer of me and the Walmart worker went to the older subway worker to talk.
The subway worker behind the Bain, did not wash her hands, per state regulations and subways handbook, subway workers have to wash hands between glove exchanges.
After i said hello and told this young lady what o wanted, she finally washer hands and asked me about 3 to 4 times what sub I wanted. I repeated each time, this worker was dancing and being obnoxious.
I know that staff have to be friendly, per subway standers, the subway artist have to have great customer service, friendly , and from start to finish the subway artist SHOULD AND NEED to have the sub finished from when the customer walks in to walking out the door.
This may seem hard to do, but I have managed one of the busiest stores within 25 miles from here. I managed just fine and so did my staff.
Also since when is it allowed to sweat sweat pants? And not have staff with long hair pulled back?
This is very gross.
This isn’t the first time this I have been grossed out by this location.

Stopped to pickup an online order. The order was all wrong. I brought a homestyle chicken salad with the topping, 2 cookies and i church. What i received was a chicken wrap with cheese and spinach. No mayo. No cookies.
The girl with black hair. Went to the back room after I told her this oder was wrong and I need it fixed, and she never came back.
The other girl helped me. It was her second day. She was great.
Went to eat after our girls had basketball games all evening. The short dark haired girl approached us at 7:56 and told us we had 4 minutes to eat and we had to leave because they were closing. I thought that was terribly rude! It's in a walmart and they just put a rope up..let us finish our dinner and we will go over the rope. That place is also typically pretty dirty with employees that can be rude or unhelpful.

I placed an online order at 1845. At 1905, the app tells me my order is ready. I'm looking around but don't see any bags set out anywhere so I go to the front to ask. I understand that it was busy but people are coming in and getting their food now meanwhile, when I ask about my order, the kid tells me they haven't started on it. I wait some more, it looked like they started on it soon after they talked to me. At this point, it is now 30 minutes from the time I placed the order and still no food. At this point, one of the kids comes to me and says, "After these people get their food, we're closed. You'll have to go to the main subway to get your food." And hands me the receipt. Shortly after this, the same kid came out amd told me they already were working on the order. Then, one of the kids must have been leaving for the night because she looks over at her mom and asks if she wants any cookies. Then, without gloves, she grabs a couple cookies and leaves (she also hadn't been wearing a hair net or hat or anything btw when she was preparing people's food). Finally, as I'm watching them make our food, I see the counter (where they put together the sandwiches) and it's disgusting. Crumbs and drippings all over. The kid who's making my sandwich has my receipt right alongside the sandwich. At that point, he's got this stained, dirty receipt and drooping it over open food containers as he puts toopings on the sandwich. After he put the chicken on, he threw the container across the room somewhere. We got our food at 1930, 45 minutes after we ordered. Overall, horrible experience. I think it's irresponsible to have four very young kids alone to run a subway. There has got to be some kind of level of standards upheld here. This was disgusting.

would rate 0 stars if i could. i work at walmart and sometimes i like to eat at subway on my 15s, except now i can’t even do that because it takes them over 5 minutes to come out from the back. and when they do finally come out from the back, i don’t get any apology for making me wait. when i sometimes have my lunch at subway and sit in the restaurant, i see SEVERAL people who walk away before even ordering because they never come out. i was even one of those people today. the sandwiches are made sloppily and its always a mess around the store. one time they even fed me an undercooked pizza and the meat or dough caused me to get food poisoning. i wish i could recommend this place to people, but its god awful. dont go here unless you want to wait and have horrible attitude kids helping you

I ordered take out from here. When I showed up I could see my order was ready. I stood there for at least 5 minutes without any staff checking if there was customers.
Another customer made the comment "wow, this is a good way to lose buisness" and he is right. If I would not have already paid online I would have left. I also tipped when I ordered. I will never tip ahead of time again at any location.
When the employee finally came out, I told her that I had been standing there for quite a while. She just looked at me like I was an idiot and didn't say anything. Not an apology or anything.
Then she handed me my food and said "have a great day" in a condescending and snotty tone.
I will never go to that location again since this is how customers are treated. I would have left no stars but have to leave at least 1 to leave a review.
There was also a long hair in the footlong cookie I ordered. I see the bad reviews for this site and now I know why.
Do better. This was ridiculous.

Ordered our food sat down to eat an one of the employees.come up to us a said hey were closing in 10 mins it was 725pm when i lloked at the hours posted in the stores the hours say 8pm at about 732 the employee goes hey were closing you guys need to leave honestly dont care to ever come

I have been to probably close to 100 different Subways over the years.I gave this one several tries and must say it is the worst I have even been too.not fresh,dirty and unprofessional.

I don't like to say anything negative,but when I was there a month ago and got a sandwich. There were flies everywhere and the guy behind the counter was very nice,but he hadn't whipped down anything and the fixens for the sandwiches was no where near fresh. I understand in the fall there are flies and your near the doors that go out side this was ridiculous. I haven't been able to eat a subway since
