Was in your place tonight. Our bartender Connie surved us for food and drinks. I'm 68 years old and have never been disrespected and treat so rude in my life. First after ignoring us when we first walked in and then when we ordered a drink she was not very pleasant and talking over us, very condescending. Then after not giving use a menu after a long wait we had to get our own from restaurant side.We ordered. I asked for Gyro with extra onion. Her comment was" No one has ever asked for that in all her years",not in a nice way. Then when food was delivered I didn't have wood eating platform in front of me and that was a snide comment also. No sauce was on Gyro. When I asked for sauce and called it the wrong term she made a big deal in front of the whole bar how I called it something different then was the right term for Gyro sauce. Very disrespectful for a customer. She has underlying issues which is not good for your business. Until it's sold we won't be back in. Horrible pizza they call themselves a pizza company but only offer one type of pizza that they call thin crust. It’s not a thin crust pizza. They put almost zero sauce on the pizza. Calling it pizza is a stretch. It’s basically tasteless cheese bread. They need to take a trip to Detroit, New Haven ct, New York, or Chicago to learn what pizza is. Also they seemed kind of angry when I went in there to pickup this tasteless cheese bread. Don’t understand that the place was not packed.

Good food but poor service. Waiter was very rude and we had a dinner reservation for 10. They had our table ready but gave it away to a group of 10 who just showed up randomly. We tried resolving the problem by getting multiple tables but the lady was insanely rude and disrespectful
Our food was very good, but cold. We got at the restaurant when there were tables available. We had to wait for an hour and forty five minutes to get our food!!!

We get the Tom Turkey wrap for lunch pick up often and it is the best!!! Great flavor, packed with meat and enough for two people to share. We came in for dinner on Saturday night & sat at the bar and had John as our server. He was amazing. Beyond friendly, hard working (training someone, taking orders, delivering meals, replenishing coolers - all with a calm demeanor and kind heart) attentive and kind. We have dined in before and this was the best service we have had there. Hats off to John ~ he is an asset to the establishment. Ate the summer salad and Angry bird and both were great. Have had pizza here & it is always delicious, lots of it and priced fairly. Groceries, gas, lodging, dining, drinks.....all of these have increased in price since Covid. St. Germain is not exempt from that and they all work hard to deliver to all of us who come up and enjoy the beauty of the area.

Don't bother. Open until 9pm, showed up at 730pm. Grabbed menus to seat us and after being told a table for 5, they told us their kitchen was closed but others were ordering and eating. Been here many times over the past 15 years, will NEVER come back.
