Gal making the sandwiches had to make multiple sandwiches at the same time this should be one customer at a time it took us 30 minutes to finally get our sandwiches. she did not want to change her gloves I could never recommend this place.to back track the person she was making the other sandwich was not even with with us .

This subway used to be the best one but since the new owners took over its awful. Went in and I was the only person in there waited so long i thought there was no employee there. The worker finally waddles out and makes my food. Looked like the ham was moldy and when I asked him about it he said its just meat. Like what meat is blue??? Still puts it on my sub.. what a joke will never spend another dime in there

Nearly a week ago, my son and I was passing through St. Germain WI and decided to place an online order like we always do. I placed the order but got there as the young lady was making it. She had a clean presence, was nice and was wearing gloves. I watched her make my sandwich (shredded chicken bacon ranch foot long). I was so hungry. I didn’t start eating my sandwich until I was 5 miles down the road. I first thought it was the chicken when I first started chewing. Then, I figured out it was hair. I pulled it out hoping it was the only one. I continued eating (like i said I was really hungry) I stopped in the next town to look at my half eaten “6 ( half of the footing). There was a large ball of what looked like pubic hair mixed into the shredded chicken!!!!!!!i would have taken a picture for proof but had all I could do to keep my already eaten food, down. I still gag today thinking about it. How disgusting. I will never look at a subway the same again. This is just sickening.

New ownership made this place go down hill fast. The last 3 times I’ve been here, I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes to get a sub. Even when there’s only 5-7 people ordering it seems to take them forever. Ingredients are always low or out. Employees make it seem like it’s an inconvenience to ask for ingredients that are empty and they have to go to the back to get more. Also when you ask for stuff like lettuce or whatnot the portions are very small. Had to ask for more lettuce 2 times once. Very disappointed in how this place is now. Used to be the only subway I went to when the old owners were here. Won’t be going here anymore!

I had the worst experience at Subway today. The line was out the door, and it took over 45 minutes to get a single sandwich. They had ONE employee working the entire counter, fumbling through orders while trying to handle everything alone. No one was restocking ingredients, so they kept running out of basics like lettuce and bread. The poor worker looked overwhelmed, and the manager was nowhere in sight. It’s clear they’re understaffed and don’t care about customer service. I won’t be back—save your time and go somewhere else.

The new owner / manager should be ashamed of themselves. No wonder they can't get help. On line orders piling up, a line out the door and 1 very kind young lady trying to take care of everything. Wish we had a way we could've helped her.
This has quickly became the worst subway I have ever been to. At one point the worker started using foul language at me after I inquired why my order wasn’t ready after 30 minutes. I felt completely disgusted and saddened at what has happened to this subway. It used to be the best subway I’ve ever been to and has now completely gone downhill.

Waited 20 minutes to get our order taken, 1 family in front of us. After we got to counter. Worker rudely said it’s gonna be another 20 minutes I have an order to make. We had no one behind us. Extremely rude. Won’t be returning

I always stop at the Subway when I'm in the areait's always clean the help is always nice They are always courteous they seem to do a good job every time I'm in there so it's worth stopping there even if it's a little bit out of my way I appreciate them thank you

We dined in on Monday evening. Mike was awesome! He had a bunch if online orders come in right before 6 customers came in. He was by himself which btw, shame on the manager!! He was moving at light speed only to have some couple yell at him for not going faster. You did a great job Mike! Thank you!
