Amazing food, great service, awesome drinks… what great night!

This was THE worst service we have had for as long as we can remember. We were there for over 1.5 hours before we were served (after complaining twice about the very slow service) even with a reservation. When bringing our concerns to the waitress’s and bartender’s attention they were defensive, rude and disrespectful. We were about to get up to leave when our food finally arrived…only to be less than appetizing. Kid’s hamburgers had buns that were literally solid from being under the heat lamp for so long they couldn’t even bite into it. Kid’s corn dogs were burnt to black (embarrassing to even put on the table). The rest of us had fish fry which was also unappetizing and disappointing. Also, the bartender told me he would give us “a big, big discount”. They only gave us a 20% discount. More than 20% of our food was inedible. We will not be revisiting this venue again. I was embarrassed for them. Please save yourselves the trouble and DO NOT GO HERE.

Mother’s Day brunch was terrible. Been going for the last 4 years. Won’t be returning. So disappointing. Waited in line for them to bring plates & food out; everything was empty or cold. Way less food options than previous years.

Their fillet cooked medium rare is unbelievable ❤️

The place is lovely, the service was slow, slow, slow and the kitchen totally dropped the ball. The appetizer came out cool and four out of four meals were not good. The fish was old and over cooked, the medium rare prime rib was bloody and room temperature, the chicken was o.k. but the vegetables on the plate were cold and the French dip arrived without the dip. Not a good birthday celebration.

this used to be a great establishment but it seems the owners care more about money than running a good bussiness. greedy out of town folks shouldn't own bussiness up here. it's killing the northwoods

Think place is AWESOME! From all the wait staff? And bartenders. The food is great! Can't wait to go back!

Somewhat awkward when we walked in, the 2 women were very nice but not overly. When we got to our table she said the food items that they are out of, disappointed, so we both wondered wear to go now, we finally went to the old Perkins. Food was very good, prices seemed just a bit high. Place appeared to be clean and has a calm, positive feel. We will be back soon.

The food we could get was good, however everything we came for like the prime rib and the risotto they were out of. They were also out of the duck. The steak we ordered was good. The soup was too salty. My son in law wanted the scallops with risotto and the chef wouldn't do it. I understand we had the last seating but maybe you shouldn't offer the late seating if your out of half the items. My son ordered mussels and the waitress said oh those really take a long time like she didn't want him to order that. We were really looking forward to our dinner as it was recommended to us but doubtful we'll be back

The worst "wait staff" I have ever seen! The "wait staff" never asked to take a drink order ( we had to go to the bar ourselves) she took our food order and then never came back.
Over half of the minimal items at the salad bar were empty (including the dressings). Plus we had to go and ask for our dinner rolls.
Once the food was finally delivered the steaks were cold and the scallops were overcooked.
The men's bathroom smelled like it had not been cleaned for months. I was even afraid to wash my hands ( thank goodness for personally brought wipes)!
We had to go to ask the "wait staff" for the bill and dog food containers.
The best part of our experience was leaving!

My wife and I had prime rib on Saturday night. This was very tough! We ordered it medium rare. There was so much grissle, just a bad piece of meat. We also had the bacon wrapped chestnuts, the chestnuts were mushy
Our server was lousy, she didn't even get us any refills or asked about our meal.
We spent over 150 dollars, not a good meal for the money.
