This cute little restaurant was absolutely fabulous! I am from the South and have a picky palate when it comes to food in the Midwest. I have to say the breakfast was probably the BEST I have EVER HAD. I got the pecan pancake that was thin and tasty and the yummy, buttery, crispy hashbrowns wet perfection! My over medium eggs were also of course made to my liking. My husband got the blue burger and homemade crispy chips and said it was soo good. I tasted the chips and again were the best in the Midwest. My father in law really liked the banana but French toast :)Such a quaint little place with really good food and friendly service. I can’t wait to go back.

They also have a shrimp creole special on Sunday mornings that is awesome!!!The servers are always very friendly, and the food comes out quick and hot.I highly recommend eating here!!!

This was our first visit to the cafe. We were in town for a short fall vacation. Fantastic blueberry pancakes! The best sausage gravy I ever ate. Friendly staff & great service. Probably our best meal of the trip.
Really cute little place. They were busy but were moving fast. Only 15 minute wait and they were so fast and friendly on service. Food came out quick after the order and was amazing! I got the berry burst pancake. Love that they are not the giant fluffy ones that are too cakes. These are flatter and crispy around the edges. I honestly didn’t even need the maple syrup. Staff was busy but so friendly. Very lovely place.

Excellent! It was a busy morning for them because it had rained, and there was nothing else to do. We waited 20 minutes, which is what she told us it would be. The food was all excellent. We enjoyed the perch and eggs, Joe’s breakfast special, and the special was huevos rancheros which was excellent!
