This location is convenient but it was not very quick. The food was prepared well and tasted good. Could use a bit of cleaning next to the soda machine but they were definitely occupied with the orders. Not a bad stop for tasty food but you might wait a few minutes when they get busy.

Bacon cheese burger was covered with ketchup. Even on outer top on bun. When I told them .the cook came out of kitchen and began yelling at us. Said we ordered off the broiler and was run off from juice. Said he worked there for 21 years and knows how to cook. Not like other Burger Kings I've been to. Yelling, cashier also did not greet us just stood there looking pissed off she has a job. No customer service what so ever. Your employees need a class in temper management.

This is the closest BK to us and the only around for 10 miles minimum so that is why I keep using them. When I say every, I MEAN EVERY ORDER, has not been correct. On our last trip on 7/27, I got a whopper & fries that wasnt even on my order. They left off both order of onion rings, my 8pc nuggets, the brisket whopper that I did order, and both drinks. They did get the chix sandwich and 2 pies right tho so I guess that's worth something 🙄. The redeeming part of this is that the people (usually just kids) are nice and they allow me to be listed for a free item (whatever had been wrong) on the next visit. I just wish that I could have my order given to me CORRECTLY on the first time, at least once in the last 8 visits. Make sure that you check your bags and sandwiches if you go here!

I have to say Burger King is the best it has been in a very long time, I'm very impressed of how far they've came in improvement with everything not just the lunch but the breakfast is phenomenal, service is good. I have never ever enjoyed Burger King more than I have now.

The food is delicious, we came from Chicago to a friend and stopped by to eat, we were brought food for a very long time and the workers are very unpleasant to communicate with, we forgot to put a glass even if it was not the service would be 5 stars

Can never get order right in the drive through

Hadn't been to Burger King in quite a while ordered thought I would give um a try. Ordered a whopper Junior with no pickles and a large order of onion rings. Only one car ahead of me in line took an abnormal amount of time. Maybe 10 minutes. I picked up my food and it literally was ice cold like it came out of refrigerator, tasted nasty never again.

They missed the bacon on my daughters bacon cheese burger. The chicken sandwich was really soggy. My burger tasted good though.

If you like food poisoning eat here! My wife and I had a sandwich and fries and then spent the next 12 hours pushing one another off of the only toilet in our house. No complaints about the mcdonalds right across the street

The staff at the Paddock Lake location act like it's an inconvenience to take your order , they are rude,slow, and incompetent. I quit going altogether

Poor customer service. Heard them cussing and on their phones. Then when I asked them for the manager and the manager was very rude to me. He was a young kid.

Ok experience. Food was average. Chocolate shake was melted. Staff wasn't overall friendly not bad just didn't seem like they didn't want to be there.

Whether you go through the drive-thru which I'm mostly have done or if you go inside, the employees are extremely negative uninterested in helping you. It's like you're bothering them and when I did go inside it's filthy in there. The eating area as well as the cooking area. Fingerprints everywhere. Employees standing around. Just talking
