I walked to the counter. It was like they didn't want me there. They took care of the drive through before giving me my food that was sitting in the bin. The food was cold when I got home. I live 5 min away. The girl couldn't figure out how to change an order and had an attitude about it. I have gotten food before and it's still hot when I get home. Never had such bad service. They were interested in what they were doing than the customer. I would give my visit and food. zero stars

This place is absolutely horrendous, your employees are childish, disgusting, and don’t know how to properly handle food.There is a 1 year old baby in the kitchen which is unsafe and horrible parenting. The mother in question is right here in this photo, a terrible mother.

Soo...I went there because I was SUPER hungry. The staff was no where for 2 minutes. One was apearantly in break with her boyfriend, in the dining area. I ordered, went for my drink....no straws!!! Got a straw, she placed a dozen or so on the counter. I took one, but, grabbed the rest and refilled the dispenser.I got my meal and sat. Listened to the girl on break, with her bf. Naughty mouth, illicit convos.My real was...less than desirable. Mind you, I was hungry. I ate, still hearing the girl on break...grr..and opened my meal. To my disbelief...it looked HORRIBLE!!! Grilled on one side, plain on the other. Not melted AT ALL. I ordered the new Swiss Mushroom melt.Ate it, mind you I was hungry, and sat listening to the 2. The only counter person came out to do the refills of condiments and never even said Thanks for putting the straws in.Is our training lacking or our parenting on manners so subservient that this is what we should expect from service!!!!Plus...the sandwich was horrible and sooo I not melted...room temp. HACCP ALERT

Wow, like Burger Kings food but the service has fallen off the charts. Ordered 2 Woppers fries and drink. They said all they had for drinks was water, orange juice or coffee. Ok, reluctantly Ordered coffee. Gave them a coupon for 1 free Wopper and girl at register didn't know how to apply it. Waited for another worker to come and deduct it. After that she said it was removed and the amount was $18 dollars, the same as it was before. I told her that can't be correct and she just argued with me and said I needed to pay. Horrible service and employees that can't even do basic math!

Tia was very disrespectful, I was just trying to doordash and I walk in to her laughing at me and taking a video. I told her manager she’s not able to record me without my permission could you please tell her to delete it. Then the manager kicks me out, no matter how much you dislike someone your customer service shouldn’t be like that.

6pm on 8-7-23 Just went through the drive through and was “greeted” by a very unpleasant and annoyed employee. Rang up my total before we were even finished ordering then when I said I had more he gave a very loud ‘huff’ that sounds just like my 9 year old. I should call the child labor board since that’s who seems to be working the drive through. This BK has always been pretty run down and shady but this takes the cake.

So, the food's fine. The drive thru people must have the world's worst microphones because I have been misunderstood several times and they never bother repeating it back to you to make sure it's right. This time I asked for a ginger lemon diet coke. Which was the reason I sat through construction traffic for this specific restaurant. I was told they do not, and never have had, ginger lemon in the freestyle machine. I asked them to look again please because I usually get ginger lemon diet cokes when I come here. The manager stepped in to snap at me. "MA'AM I'm looking right at it and we don't have it!!"Degrading gaslighting. :( So I went in to see if I was losing my mind. Sure enough, they have it in the lobby machine. After being ignored a little bit, then having a worker walk away from me, the same manager who snapped at me came over and I insisted on showing her. She said, "you asked for regular coke and it's not an option there"I never drink regular coke. Still, if you didn't hear me say "diet" why snap at me? If you know that the machine has different flavors for regular and diet, maybe ask me if I meant diet?It was the gaslighting and constant dismissal for me. It was the same when I asked for a whopper meal, then said actually make that with cheese, and I got and was charged for TWO whopper meals.I don't know what you pay the employees but I always see staffing issues so maybe invest in paying them more.

Kids just throw the sauce and ketchup all over the burger. Forget part of the order. They act like their all high on something. Don’t care about how they present the food or themselves
