Southside Kenosha restaurant is insanely and quickly going downhill. I don't think they simply care anymore. Order is always wrong( forgot some ingredients), or item is missing or even received completely the wrong order. It's sad to see one of my go-to's is simply don't even bother.

Many employees relaxing in a closed dining room. Long wait with only one car in front of me. They tried to make me pull around for my food, but I wasn't about to clear their drive-in timer.

Worst experience ever at a Taco Bell. Manager was to concerned about drive thru. Refused to take our order. Told us that the kiosk is available. Well unless you are going to give me an employee discount , I am not checking myself out at a fast food establishment. Not my fault you are under staffed and feel it should be the burden of the customer. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location ever. And I also will be contacting corporate about this situation as well.

No Taco Bell breakfast. They have a sign that says breakfast. They have posters saying now open for breakfast. They don’t have the breakfast food. Who!!?? Is ordering a bean and cheese burrito at 9am? What are you doing here…

The service was slow with hardly any customers. I had to wait 10 min or more for 2 simple taco supremes and a burrito supreme that werent hot and they forgot the hot sauce after my order was confirmed! Very annoying! The managers need to pay more attention to the service provided by younger workers that need more instruction about the importance of good customer service and experience! Taco Bell corporate should know better and perform better in this market!

It literally takes them 10 minutes to answer the intercom. They are so slow every single time we go there to the point people leave the drive through. There won't even be any cars in the drive through and they still take for ever to answer the intercom and get the order made. If you're looking for something fast this is definitely not the place.
