The Landing on Long Lake

Ordered walleye and got mud tasting fish. Asked chef and he didn’t even know. The ribeye steak was for a sandwich. Ordered rare and it was well done and 1/4” inch thick. Place was almost empty. Had no selection of beer. Last time we will ever go there and will spread the word.

Called day before to confirm opening hours. Drove 41 Mike's to arrive at opening only to be met with a locked door, stood outside and was then told they were opening st 11:30.

The food was great, nice size meals, and the Bloody Mary's were good too !

Wait time was very long and the perch(if it was perch) was less than desirable. Looked pretty burnt to me. Gave 1 star though since they had Busch Light on tap.

Drinks and food were great! Bartender very friendly and joking. All in all good experience. Outside looked newly stained and very nice.

Horrible food. The music was so loud out side couldn’t talk to my buddy across the table. Won’t be back

This place is fantastic. The views are awesome and the service is excellent. Best Mac and cheese I've had in a long time.

When we arrived we were told the wait for food could be up to an hour… but 2 hours later we still had no food and the server just kept telling us 5 more minutes. Unfortunately, the food was not worth the wait or the price. The fish was basically fish sticks, the pizza was dry and tasteless, the chicken sandwich was more like mystery meat, and the beer was warm and flat. The only redeeming thing was that the servers were attentive and apologetic.

The Landing on Long Lake has a beautiful view of the lake in a classic northern Wisconsin wooded setting. It’s a great place to stop by boat or car; family-friendly! Last time we stopped there was live music outside with ample seating. I’ve frequented the establishment many times & I'm so grateful it’s on the lake…however, their pizza recipe has changed and it’s not good. I really hope they bring the old recipe back.

Please bring back the original pizza recipe, it was the BEST. currently the pizza is less than mediocre.

Great food, staff and music!

You can’t have lake life without all the great vibes of a place to pull the boat up and hang at! My buddy and I loved this place. We went twice in one day. Food was great for sure. But It’s always people that make an atmosphere - and I loved how down to earth and great the team there was. Julia crushed it outside taking care of us. Super attentive.. down to earth (and her style is def on point ??). Hope made me one of my fav lake drinks that was off menu and was fun to chat with. Everything she recommended was awesome. Carver (who I called Carter the whole time… fail) held it down during the day making us great drinks - and the guy is super organized behind the bar … I watched him hustling it w/ a full bar, and the dude was crushing it!Fell in love with the area. I’m Coming back in mid June to grab an Airbnb on the lake for a long weekend. Bringing some friends with me from Denver. This will def be our daily happy hour hang - especially when the tiki bar opens up. Great job to these 3 for keeping the lake life atmosphere on point!
