People were friendly and polite. The problem was that there was something chunky in my coffee that i had to spit out 10 minutes down the road. I dont know what it was, but i only ordered coffee so it wasn't anything of mine.

Everytime I go and get my coffee no matter how busy they are, I am always greeted with Friendly, smiley staff.
Only have done drive thru here. Food is usually good and staff is good. Sometimes it comes out burning hot so you know it's fresh ?

Rude staff. Young and rude. No greeting, hands me my coffee without looking, just put their hand out the window and almost spilled it on me. No “Thank you” or “Have a nice day.” Then, I drank my coffee and became sick. Not sure what’s going on but I’ll never go back.
Dunkin lacks consistency, and I am tired of what I order not being available. Ordering on the app should be better, but then you get to the location, and they don't have what you ordered. Rewards are a joke they took away the only things I liked as rewards.
