I've been coming here on and off for a few years. Overall it has been a pleasant time. I come in and get the same thing every time. I'm not looking for anything but respect and service. Today I received neither. For almost 5 minutes the bartender served everyone else at bar and tables. Never even looked at me. They ask the gentleman sitting 3ft from if he needs a refill, while have not even been recognized as human. My order is nearly always 13.00 and I tip 7.00. So, Twenty bucks for 45 minutes and good food. Again today I received neither and the bartender lost out. I can find a place that doesn't judge quite as bad. Don't know what the issue was but the service was terrible and it was 1:15 so it wasn't packed. I'll spend my money anywhere else.

Stopped in while on vacation. Wish we lived closer! Servers were attentive, pleasant and helpful with food suggestions. I had the special of the day which was a cheese smash burger it was fantastic.

Don't judge this bar by its small size. The food was incredible and very attentive wait staff; they checked in with us 4 times during our meal. Very diverse menu and reasonably priced. You need to stop here if you are in Sauk City!

Great food - great service. We stayed in Sauk City during our trip to Wisconsin and this was the first local place we ate. I had the Texan Reuben with fries and cheese curds. Delicious!!! 10/10 I recommend!
Fun, friendly atmosphere, absolutely amazing and prompt teamwork servicing customers and beyond delicious food!! In town as a stop on a road trip but highly recommend anyone to come here and will definitely come back if I’m pass through again!

The food is really good & service is excellent! Our family ate here on a Friday night & had a variety of items off the menu & everything was 5 stars!! Impressed with the service! Staff are very attentive & checked in several times! Typical bar & restaurant atmosphere with tables or seats at the bar, but totally worth stopping for dinner! Prices very reasonable! We will be coming back for sure! Better than some of the waterfront restaurants nearby!! Recommend stopping by if you want good food & service in a casual bar setting!!
