Now I get why the low review. 15 minutes to make a Whopper Jr. Three people standing around with their hands in their pocket and one person on the burgers. Not that Culver's is any better but you don't have to wait around for 15 minutes. Just read the past reviews. It's a systemic problem that management obviously doesn't want to address.

Took 4 minutes to be addressed on the intercom....after waiting about 10 minutes at the window I just left. Won't be back.
Waited half hour for my food and then they goofed up my order I ordered a number 7 instead of Swiss cheese I wanted american. Ended up with no cheese at all. My son ordered before we did and got is small ordered after. When I took my sandwich back up there to let them know I didn't get no cheese at all. Cause the manger had to take a break cause she couldn't handle the stress of her employees not listening.

In the past month I’ve had two great experiences at this location. The first was drive-thru. I’d never tried the breakfast. I ordered through the mobile app, super easy. The person helping me was so nice and the food was freshly made. Tonight I decided to order through door dash. I ordered quite a bit of food, with some modifications, so I was a little nervous. All of my food was delicious and everything was correct. Thank you to the crew at the Saukville Burger King!

Went to drive thru. Had to wait and wait to be waited on. I ordered the same as I did last week and the price was double. Got my food, they forgot my drink. Drove around and came back to windows and beeped several times. No one was at restaurant. She finally came and handed me my drink that was wrong!!! She said I tried to catch you, bull. I ordered coke not diet coke. Do better

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of this BK considering how poor fast food service and food has become lately. Food was hot. Team members were friendly. Drive thru line went quickly.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hours say they open at 8am, I was there at 8:10 - workers inside but door is locked and no one answered the drive thru either.

I went there and was going to spend $40 and I politely ordered and the manager over the speaker had it all wrong so I tried to correct her to change it and she got all pissed off and yelled Jesus Christ very sarcastically and told me to pull up to the window and as I got to the window the manager said she is refusing me service. I don’t understand what I did to deserve an attitude and the to refuse service I was left speechless…I will never even attempt to go there again
I went right next door to Dairy Queen and they were as nice as can be I will go there instead
That Burger King and especially that manager was completely rude and her attitude and demeanor was completely uncalled for and unprofessional

My husband and I stopped at Burger King. The door was locked n we seen a few workers inside. We loved coming here on our way home.
