I really never post a review even when I disappointed. This is simply ridiculous. Ordered a Whopper with cheese, and literally got a burger, cheese on a bun. No fixings. Got it too go so didn't pay for me to take it back. Generally this location is really good. NOT

Stopped through the drive thru on our way home to Plymouth. Got home to find out they forgot our sauces (that we paid extra for) and on top of that multiple black hairs in chicken sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. I definitely would appreciate a refund. I don’t even care for free food.
Very disappointed. Our online order was not complete and we had to go in and wait for the missing elements to get prepared. The poor girl working the register also was the food prep / deep fry person, while the manager guy hung out, barking orders at her while he chatted with his buddy at a nearby table. Not planning on returning anytime soon. Half of the food was cold by the time we were able to eat it, BTW

I sat at the menu board for 10 minutes. It’s supposed to close in 40ish minutes. Gave up pulled around and not a person in the restaurant.. so much for bk have it your way.. more like they aren’t feeling it so no one gets anything.
