Very attentive and personable staff. Immediately re-poured/soft-served the cone bc they didn’t think it would dip into the chocolate shell well. (Would have appreciated eating their mess-up tho. 😉) I appreciate the rewards app as well.

Dairy Queen Grill and Chill Saukville, Wisconsin was a pleasant surprise. I must admit that I haven't been to a Dairy Queen in quite a while. This location was clean and well maintained. We wanted to pick up an ice cream cake for the boy's 5th birthday. We selected a colorful, already decorated cake. We requested some writing on the cake, and we were pleased to find that one of the associates was very artistic. We also ordered a Dairy Queen soft serve cone. The cake turned out fantastic. The cake tasted fresh and everyone enjoyed it.

Prices were reasonable. There is a parking area in the front of the restaurant. Look forward to the next trip. I definitely want to try one of their burgers!

We Always go to get the large vanilla ice cream cone dipped in chocolate and they also have a spicy hamburger that is really good.

Asked the server to upgrade my blizzard from a small to a med. He said no I've already made the small.

When will the tables and chairs ever get properly cleaned?
It’s disgusting to sit at tables that have old ketchup and soda stains.

So I just came from there like 10 minutes ago the staff were very rude for one. For two when I got home to open my food in my seven dollar meal deal box there was a dirty straw wrapper.. Directly on top of my fries, I was very disgusted and couldn’t even eat my food.. I will be calling corporate that is very unsanitary

The place overall seemed nice and clean with and ok atmosphere. Everything quickly shifted with rudeness and sarcasm by a worker named Crystal. I explained that we had another order that was placed and she said when it gets done it will be here very rudely .My sister had a issue with the wrong sandwich she said talk to a manager that she couldn’t help.She spoke with a male manager who stated he couldn’t lose money and the sandwich was never touched because it was made incorrectly, No accommodations with a 50 dollar order. That was my first and last time dining there!

Closed over 10 mins early

Hours say open till 10. Employees inside left us sit in the drive through for 10 minutes then ignored us at the window. Put a damn sign on the speaker if you aren't gonna honor your posted hours.
