A guy with long hair who claimed to be the manager (he said his name was Nathan) stomped around the corner and yelled at my children because they were being too loud for him when he was taking drive-thru orders. The kids are 3 (has a disabiltiy) and 4 years old and were excited to go out to eat. Management needs to know about this. We asked the cahier girl what his name is and she told us she could not give it. They had no name tags on. He should have notified a parent and talked to one of us. We asked him why he didn’t let one of us know. His response was you should’ve already known. Needless to say, never stopping at this dairy queen again. I hope to catch other families before they run into a situation like this. Just go to the next fast food restaurant. Also I hope somebody from management calls me to make this right.Parking: The place was almost empty. Probably why we all got such a traumatizing experience.

Went to get ice cream and they RAN OUT. They then refused to honor our coupons that expired that day on a different after THEY ran out of icecream. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past few months. Overall very disappointed in the turn this dairy queen has taken. I would give a 0 star review but that's not an option.

Even gives you napkins for 1 of the most scrumptious crazy delish burgers we've ever had,called a Bacon ranch stackable double ? burger! Instead of soda have a medium blizzard as your appetite will be fulfilled w/their FRESH quality ingredients which do not disappoint. They'll add a wide variety of choices & you can add diff flaves to shakes & customize orders in app which offers deals too! Ask a ? & they answer politely. Their great teamwork atmosphere helps even the most overwhelming crowds pass through lines quickly, & the food was still hot reaching our destination. The staff adds Care and you can switch fries to DQ's tasty REAL onion rings to make your meal complete. ? WAAAAY Worth the trip to this DQ just off 43N. (Psst-NO SPEEDING here in town! So be polite please.)

Worst drive thru experience ever. Dark menu board, asked if they had an item, they didn't. Got a reply with major attitude. Got to the window, she took my $, pursed lips, pissed off. No thank you offered. I asked if everything was OK because I didn't get a thank you. Got a curtsey and a smart thank you. Thank goodness she turned the blizzards upside down. Pulled over to a garbage can and threw them away. I'm not eating something from an employee (20ish female, brown hair) with so much unnecessary attitude. Probably spend $500/year at this location. Won't be back.

Every time I go to saukville dq for a banana split the bananas are rotten.. way past over ripe.. black and slimy.. totally disgusting. last night was the same.. and also today.. documenting with photos because i had enough. I can handle a bad fruit sometimes.. and realize it could get past a worker making my food on occasion but this crazy... how can you not know your putting an entire rotten banana on something.. I thought it funny hearing the other worker say repeatedly "don't worry about it" I can now assume he was talking about the rotten bandanna that was being put in my food...I also have an issue with the lack of covering of some items when handed to you at the drive thru... ice cream cones usually have a napkin when handed to you and often i see uncovered fingers touching my food.. so normally dont eat the cone because of that.. unwrapped red spoons handed to you with no gloves and sometimes backwards.. I cant use the spoon because it has fingers all over it...I do plan to contact the company directly with this rotten banana thing.. I'm kinda mad atm someone would intentionally put rotten food in my order...

Stopped tonight. Was starving. Ordered right away in the drive thru and then I sat. One car ahead of me. Sat and sat and sat. After 20 minutes I left. The car ahead of me was still sitting there. Didn't see any workers though the widow.

Not a good experience tonight. First, they didn't have Vanilla ice cream. That wasn't the worst thing. We got chocolate and it's fine. Second, I ordered the sauced and tossed chicken tenders. I've gotten them numerous times and they have been covered in sauce. This time, they're barely sauced. Third, my wife ordered regular tenders and neither of us got toast. It's part of the meal. How do you forget them in both orders? They're usually pretty good but very disappointing tonight.
I only come to this area twice a month but every time I come to this location it is nothing but perfection ALWAYS. So what if the workers are a little agitated or little impatient when taking your order. They never get my order wrong and that’s the ultimate end goal, is to get your food. Thank you for the consistency of never getting my food incorrect. When I come here randomly! ( even when you’re short staffed )

The staff is so rude. Asked for brownie sundae and he said I can do brownie blizzard. I said no wait one minute and next he said ok pull up and he hands me ice cream with a few brownie crumbles. I asked him to add hot fudge and offered to pay for it. He said no then proceeded to just drizzle a little on. He was so rude. What happened to customer service. I even offered to pay extra. Such a bad experience and the looking thru the drive in window it was so filthy. He was just sitting there chatting with manager when they should have been cleaning. So gross. Will never go here again.
