Horrible location. Almost always understaffed and slow. Waiting 15m and not speaking to a single employee is frustrating at best. Go to a different location.

80% of the reviews say this place sucks! I spend $200 monthly at McDonald's. This place is Horrible horrible horrible!!! Ordered at 2:40 curbside, then went in at 2:52, where I was ignored for another 4 minutes until I yelped. I watched 20 cars go through the drive up. She said I'll have to wait they're under staffed. So I asked for a refund, and was ignored again until 3:00 when I finally got my food. Looks like the order was ready at 2:40 because my fries were ice cold. I didn't dare ask for hot ones.

Just waited at the menu to order for 10 minutes, first few minutes it was only me, another 2 people pulled up soon after, the vehicle behind me left after a little while longer of waiting and i gave up after 10 minutes. This is a common occurrence for this mcdonald’s if i had time i would’ve gone to another one.

This has to be just about the worst McDonald’s of all time. Staff is pathetically slow and arrogant. Food is equally as pathetic. Definitely not worth the $18/hr. they are making behind the counter. This will be the last time I ever stop ant this location and I’m local. I’ll drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the Port Washington or Grafton locations.
I’ve now pulled away without giving them business 3 times. Waited in line for 10 minutes, no one said anything, so I went to the DQ across the street. Before any one moved in the line for McDonald’s, I already had my food from DQ, and drove off. AWFUL! Fire your managers, or close the location.

I have been to McDonald’s in several different states and countries. This location has to be by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Poor customer service. The hours on the website do not match the store hours. Rude employees. I myself have witnessed several other customers frustrated with the customer service at this location. If you really want McDonald’s, I would recommend the Fredonia or Port Washington location over Saukville.

Worst service always walked by while they play on there phones . I come here everyday to have this service is so frustrating but is the only place I have to come too to have lunch . This so sucks still waiting over 30 min and not even a hello and this is every day . Today for the first time in the morning they had employees new and they worked gray and serviced was quick but this afternoon shift is always here and always the same omg

Worst location I have ever been to. Regularly lets me place orders on mobile then they tell me they are “sold out” once I arrive. Good luck getting staff to cancel your order so you can order at another location they are useless. Food is regularly a lower quality than other locations. Just keep driving.

Customer service was very bad. Feb 17 at 10:56pm Came thru the drive thru and the lady was very rude. I can hear the tone of her voice she was having a bad day but please don’t take it on the next customer. I use to come here all the time with no issue but this time was not good. Will not be returning.

Fries were as hard as a rock and cold. Not just in my meal, my kids as well. Like they were left out for hrs. I wanted to turn around and get new ones. Unfortunately we needed to stay on the hwy to make our destination on time. Just frustrating...

If I could go lower i would, we waited for 10 minutes and was never waited on. There was a long drive thru line so we went inside. I ordered on the machine kiosk and it was quick and easy, 5 minutes later a worker finally asked if we needed anything. So we spent more time inside and ended up waiting more. I would prefer going 15 minutes to West Bend or going to a competitor restaurant across the street. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no sauce and just got pickles. My kid ordered a McFlurry and had a piece of plastic in the ice cream.. Will never go back.. Plus it was a dirty restaurant
