Very rude service. We were the only two people the restaurant. Employee clearly wanted to be anywhere but here.

I walked in at 8:55 pm (store hours say they’re open until 9:00 pm)—abruptly informed they’re closed. When I looked at my phone and pointed out it was 8:55 and the posted hours state they’re open until 9:00, I received, “we’re closed”. Now that I’ve read some reviews, I see this is clearly an issue at this location. Well, they lost my business to another local restaurant that honors their posted restaurant hours. Never going to this location again. Would love to talk to franchise owners to see how they can explain.
Wasn't open at 8 am like it said it was going to be. To clarify, I went at 8:20 am. Their sign says that they are open from 8 am - 9pm

Amazing tuna!
One of the worst Subway's I have been to. The last 3 times I ordered from there the bread was so stale and dry that I picked the meat out and tossed the rest. Will not go back to this one.

I got my subway delivered, they don’t have a store driver so it was ordered from doordash. I ordered a foot long cookie and got a churro instead. I called subway and they said they had no way of getting that to me and that I have to contact my dasher. The dasher didn’t have a phone number so i had no way of contacting them. Which shouldn’t be my job because subway was the ones who messed up.

As a former fast food employee of many years and simultaneous full time college student, working two jobs with health issues, I understand the frustration of customers arriving near closing time. However, I was disappointed when I visited Subway Saturday August 10th at 8:45 PM and was abruptly told they were closed by a male employee who made a cutting motion across his neck. This was not just impolite but also inconsistent with corporate standards. I noticed its the same few male individuals as the last few times I have come here and their “I don't give a cr*p” attitude is why I will no longer be coming here anymore.
I believe employees in customer service should strive to provide a positive experience, even in challenging situations. Instead of turning me away, they could have offered to prepare my order or provided a clear explanation. I hope the manager will address this issue and ensure that customers receive the service they expect from Subway. When you work for another company that is who you are representing and it is not your personal decision when to close the restaurant. Not at 8:45, 8:30 or 8:55 but 9pm. Convenience of fast casual food. So I went out of my way on my way home when I could have gone somewhere that was still open as they should be.
