Be prepared to wait 30 minutes in the drive through everytime you go to this Taco Bell. I mean seriously everyday no matter what time you will be waiting half an hour for a taco. Smh

95% of the time I am missing food in my order. Expect at least a 20 minute wait being the only car in the parking lot. Reaching out to store management or above resolves nothing.

Indoor sitting closed. Not enough staff. Had my 3 grandkids with me for an after Christmas shopping lunch. Tacos in a car not feasible. Went to Burger King to eat. Ordered something, so we didn’t feel bad about using the table to eat.

I’m local, so I know they are often short staffed, like sometimes two people have to do mobile orders, in person and drive thru.. I’m willing to wait 15-20 minutes when I’m craving Taco Bell. The staff typically lets you know about the wait before you order, so you have the option to go elsewhere. They are always polite, hustle their butts off and are apologetic for the wait. Yesterday they checked at both windows about my order and I’m glad they did because the person in front of me left. My food was warm, had a good amount of toppings and sauce and my cantina chicken tacos weren’t crushed. They make take awhile, but they always have good food and service at this location. I was especially happy with the staff that was working last night!

I give them a chance every few months, and they mess up a lot. They don’t check orders and we have completely been shorted food on multiple occasions
I waited for my order for almost an hour! Half an hour!! This is terrible and very disrespectful of my time. Do the employees value theirs? -1 star

Wow just wow. This is the best taco bell I have ever been to. We love Taco Bell and go often. Nothing compares to this one. People are so friendly, food is always hot and fresh, resturant is clean. We stop every time we go up north and have been going to this location for over a year. Not once did we have a bad experience. They can be extremely busy at times but be patient, it’s worth the wait. Keep up the great work!!!!!

It took over 25 minutes to get our dine in order. The drive through was getting orders, but not dine in. More than 7 customers in the store waiting for their food.
