We spend our summers in the St. Germain area and have tried many restaurants and pubs in the surrounding towns. We have not found an eatery in the area that has better food than Marli's bar. And I mean consistently good food. We have been going there for about 8 yrs. and yet to be disappointed with our meals. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. The owners, Mark & Lisa, and all the employees are absolutely fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Can't say enough about them. I highly recommend trying Marli's Bar.

This place must be known for it's chicken. Go early, it filled up fast. My friend ordered a broasted chicken. It came super fast, was crispy and amazing. The staff was fast. Great place.

Came for the Friday Fish Fry based on reviews, and it did not disappoint. The fish was excellent. Baked potato done perfectly. Cole slaw was good and rye bread acceptable. My wife had the shrimp dinner, and it was very good as well. Got there at 5:00 and had a short wait. Not much seating, but tables turnover fast. Hostess and waitress very friendly and pleasant. Something unique that I have not seen elsewhere...the waitresses make the Old Fashioneds! Not the best I've had, but they were good. Definitely recommend.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp available. Room to maneuver in dinner room.

What can I say, it's the Northwoods. They have a Broasted Chicken among some other good items on the menu. I love the Northwoods, small town USA. The service was good, food came out quick. Ambiance is what you'd expect. I do believe you'd enjoy it if you make the trip. A little bit off the beaten path.
