We stopped last night at the grand ave location in Wausau and usually it’s “not bad” but last night was junk ! Fries cold and hard, not even the microwave could save them. Gyro the pita was old dry and crumbled apart, had to use a fork to eat it. And the new turkey sandwich with stuffing was like dog food! Not what you see in the adds ! To top it off it took for ever. Won’t be going back.

Seems like only one worker was working the entire restaurant. I felt so bad for the work load they had to go through. Waited super long in the drive through, my buns were burnt, part of my order was missing and the staff member had to go back and correct that.
Place needs more staff. I would not come back to this location

Always waiting whenever I come here. Could be no other customers and it’s still always a 10+ minute wait after ordering, even going through the drive thru. Feel bad for the staff cause it’s probably super understaffed.
The wait at the drive thru was long, the did was expensive, they messed up on my son's fries and gave him crinkle instead of curly, my chicken sandwich had the tiniest patty (like hair the size if the bun it was on and all the toppings were bunched up on one side of the sandwich. I don't understand how they can make you wait so long yet still have the did come out like it was thrown together in a hurry

Ordered through the drivethrough here and as I started eating the fries I noticed there was hair/little fuzzy things all over the fries. I went back and went inside to return them and I noticed garbage all over the floor and the back looked unkept. Never going there again and don't recommend.
