I am pretty sure I have purchased ice cream from every single Briq's location. It's always a welcome treat. The remodel of the Weston location cemented it as my favorite location as soon as they finished. It also helps that it's very close to my house. Briq's portions are generous and priced well. All the kids working there always seem happy which is usually an indication that the owners are good to their employees. I will always be a patron to any small business owner that values their staff; especially when it shows!

They have a great selection of ice cream like rootbeer floats, monkey tails, and just normal flavors. This place has outdoor seating for when you just want to hang out and eat. You can either go throught the drive through or to the front windows. They also have bathrooms. Would recommend for a family and on a hot day.

Your driveway onto Schofield Avenue is horrible. We hit bottom with our car and truck every time. Why do you have such a steep slope to the driveway? You can hear many other vehicle scraping button as well. That is reason enough to stop visiting your business!!!

Great Summer Treats! I eecream for the whole Family....
Moved to Wausau in January after spending my first 29 years on this planet in St. Louis, MO. Briqs is hands down the best ice cream spot I've experienced. The menu has great variety, the portion sizes are generous and they don't skimp on toppings. On top of all that, the soft serve itself is phenomenal. It's difficult to keep myself from swinging by on my way home from work every day. I typically go with the turtle sundae or some variation of their smoothies. Staff is always very friendly and keeps the line moving.
