Food arrived fast & the cashier was nice, but the food was a disappointment. The chips were stale & tasteless. My husband ordered 2 tacos, and both were broken & falling apart. My food was cold (maybe supposed to be that way?). The rice was soggy & everything was tasteless & not fresh. My husband said he'd ordered from here when they first opened & it was great food, but after yesterday we will never be returning. Honestly surprised they are still in business - taco bell would have been better than here.

If I could, I would leave a negative star rating. Had to wait for someone to come take our order he acted like he wanted to be elsewhere (and after we got our food, so did I). Found hair in my food. Wanted a refund, and no one knew how to do that. Gave us some free taco coupons (which I immediately gave to a lady and her daughter as we were walking out), which I'd never use and also told we were owed a $10 credit to be used next time we come in. The only thing I can say is at least they got the name right. FUZZYS TACO.

I hope Fuzzy's can stick around. Their seafood entrees are my favorites. I am a fan of the shrimp burrito bowl and grilled cod tacos.
The biggest issue I see is that the staff all seem disinterested in working there. The general vibe is sullen whenever I have gone in. But the food is so good I overlook the vibe.

sucks. i said do you have carne asada burrito. she said yea. she said we carnitas. i said no, carne asada. she said yea. i said ok. i looked at my reciept it said carnita. i said is this CARNE ASADA burrito. she said yes. for here she said. i said yes. the cook came out with a bag and i asked him why is it in bag? i got it for here. and then asked is the meat beef or pork. he said pork. i said i wanted carne asada burrito because i have gout issues so pork is not a good idea for me. i asked 3 times. he just walked away. they remade everything i think. i hope... then i got it, it has nothing. i ordered rice and beans, sour cream and gauc. she even yelled at the window for the guy that i ordered it. i got my refund. cook had to do it. i believe they have crack heads working for them. something is up because they cannot understand or comprehend. in my life, i never had issues especially with old hispanic workers or young non english speakers. these people working were white and maybe the lady was hispanic? did not understand each other or anything. weird! i got my refund and dipped out. this place sucks... no wonder why its 2.9. should be 0. something is wrong here. they will close down in less than a few months i promise. 0 customer everytime i pass by. store losing money. i tried to support this place but its a 0 star. horrible. never supporting or coming here. don't recommend. close this place down or get new management. if they pay me a good salary, I'LL DO IT cuz i will make this store amazing.
Food was cold and very disappointing.
Ordered Chips & Cheese and waited for 45+ minutes. Jeff and Mary admitted that they forgot about my order. They didn't know what they were talking about insisting they didn't sell Jarritos (they do) and they were out of the flavor I wanted (they weren't). To compensate me for waiting I got a "buy one get one free taco" coupon. I tried to call a manager who doesn't have their voicemail set up. Tried to call corporate but they shut off their services. Tried to file an online complaint form on their website which refused to submit. Terrible service. Gave me the wrong order after everything and gave me the child size chip bag. Paid full price to be ripped off and lied to. Jeff said he was all alone but when I went inside there were 4 employees all standing around talking. Jeff and Mary are woefully incompetent. I will never order from Fuzzy's again. Absolutely abhorrent.

Beef tacos are awesome, especially with the garlic sauce they mix in with the meat. Nachos and queso with the fuzzy dust are good. Also quite the difference in appearance with restraunt and staff since last time. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service, they messed up on my order twice, the manager had a attitude when I told her they forgot to put my dessert in the bag. They also uncharged my meal. Never going back

I really do like going here. The food is fast and tastes good. We really enjoy the breakfast but don’t plan on going back. My wife and I have asked if they can put their breakfast burrito in a bowl instead but they say they can’t do that because they don’t have a button for it as an option. You can get any lunch item in a bowl option but not a breakfast item. I don’t even care if I have to pay more for the bowl. But it’s not an option. So I will take my business elsewhere until they create a button to make a breakfast item in a bowl. Sounds like a stupid reason to lose a customer if you ask me.

There was one customer in the restaurant and they left me sitting for over 30 minutes in the drive-through waiting for chips and cheese because they forgot about me. This was after the waitress came out and asked if I had a different order.

Employees are rude and don't care how they out your food together you like raw shrimp well I don't you like a rude and poorly dressed store owner I don't but guess what that what you'll get when you walk into fuzzies at this location.

Surreal & slightly traumatizing experience, refusing to make food.... at a restaurant. Back up to yesterday, went to pick up a breakfast burrito and was told they couldn't make it cause no potatoes or bacon. So I called the following day (this afternoon) to inquire if they had restocked their ingredients as they were out yesterday. The guy sounded confused & stated they did in fact have said ingredients so I said strange but ok I'll head down soon & get my burrito. Arrived within 15 min (no attending cashier & guy seen in back looking down as his phone while I waited to be acknowledged) A lady with bad vibes comes out as if she's irritated or exhausted despite not a single customer to be seen. She had a short fuse & seemed incapable of communicating about a basic order & first notified me the lobby was closed (it was 335 pm) I said ok my order was to go anyhow. I told her my order and she says she can't make it as they don't have all the ingredients, I said I called about 10 min ago and confirmed that they did. She seemed to want to deviate off the topic and said she could make a cheese or something alternative. Since she was difficult I said can I talk to the guy I just talked to about my order & she became irate and said I COULD GET OUT OF HER STORE. while I stood there as she angrily walked away to the back. She disappeared with the guy over a min. He comes out, I said what's goin on with her? he was a man of few words. However he did confirm she was the manager. Again reminded him I called about an order and he said yes, we do have the ingredients and so I finally was able to complete my order. Horrible desolate atmosphere met with horrible service (the guy was impartial) My grievance is not with him. I am beside myself as I never seen any establishment so unprofessional. Even if only 1 menu option is edible with decent proportions, if the process & exchange is poor who can enjoy their meal let alone want to return to such environment?
I have only been a customer here 2 other times, first time the staff seemed ghetto & the tacos weren't that great so I never returned for them. The second return was cause it was Labor Day & my other options were closed, the food on the 1 day only had a nice portion size & the breakfast burrito had a nice doughy shell but I returned (to the above) additionally it lacked some consistency in what made it so good the first time.
Parking: There is plenty of parking cause NOBODY is there.

Went through the drive thru, did not get silverware, went drove back thru drive thru waited a while, even called, no one came, went inside, lady immediately told me lobby was closed, I said I just need silverware that I had been waiting at drive thru and no one came. She said ok, got my silverware, I said thank you, and she said “snob” and shut the door. Needless to say I threw my food away…. And won’t be back, this is 2nd time I have been shorted silverware, lady (if she is) w purple hair, you seem lovely,
The service was terrible they were out of almost everything we wanted. Then we received fish tacos with NO fish?? They need to be better organized!!
