No matter what they have surpassed my expectations each time I am there! Excellent food, awesome employees. Just an all around great establishment!

I ordered through doordash. When we got our food my burger and the bun were burnt. The inside of the burger wasnt bad but the outside of the burger made it unable to eat. When I called I was put on hold for a minute and Troy came on the line. When i explained what happened he said he could make another one or i could request a refund. Not wanting to go out in the cold i told him I would request the refund and he understood. He then asked where i lived when i said weston he said he could have the burger made in 10 minutes and deliver it to me. 20 minutes later he showed up at my house. Honestly some of the best customer service I have had in this town in a long time! They didnt have to go above and beyond but they sure did! Thank you troy! My wifes food was perfect!

Great server! But, our food was lukewarm. Tried their fish fry for the first time. Disappointing. Fish warm & not hot. Felt like it had been sitting for a bit. Baked potato barely warm. Butter wouldn’t even melt on it. Ordered an app, only find after waiting for it for a bit, they did not have. For $18.99 for a two piece, would’ve expected hot, made to order food. That’s definitely not what we received.

We were there on Tuesday June 25, 2024. One of us ordered pulled pork sandwich with chips and the other order was brisket sandwich. Menu said the brisket came with a potato side. Did not get a potato, was told it did not come with a side because it had bread. We asked if we could order some chips and would pay extra, we were told no we could not do that. WHAT!! You don't want to sell something extra, that's pretty crazy! It is a little expensive!! The brisket sandwich was $18.99 and came with nothing. Brisket was very tough. Pulled pork sandwich was ok. Price on that was $9.99. These are cash prices, card prices are more.
