New Hot Wok Chinese Express

I used to get food here all of the time but the last 2 times ordered chicken and all you could smell was fish and even the egg rolls tasted like fish- Yuck.

Rice was mushy, chicken was slimy. Beef was off as well. Sad, had food here before but it wasn't inedible like this. Yuk.

Food is fine but terrible service. Sat at drive through window for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from the lady who was working. Rang door bell and she looked right at us, but simply did not come to the window. Went inside and our order was sitting ready on the counter for who knows how long. She ignored me when I mentioned the drive through. There were others waiting in the drive through too that had to wait because of it.

I just spent 20 minutes standing at the register to order food yet a girl sat in a chair behind the counter doing nothing the entire time. I even said I am ready to order, yet she just sat there. So then I went to the drive thru to see if maybe somebody would be there to take my order. The same girl came to the window, I asked if somebody could take my order and she walked away and sat in her chair again. I used to love this place, but they lost a customer today.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THE FOOD! Food was out in a timely manner and tastes amazing! The shop may not be up to modern standards but honestly who cares that's how you know the food is about to be great! I highly recommend getting food from here as they definitely deserve more customers!

Used to be the place for fast and cheap Chinese food. Now it’s sooo expensive- definitely not worth the cost anymore. Sad because I’ve been coming here since I was kid. It’s really changed since COVID, which I can’t blame them- just can’t justify the price for the so-so quality.

Called to order take out, it was ready faster than anticipated (5 stars on service). Food was eh, Lomein was made with spaghetti noodles and there weren’t any veggies mixed in just chicken and onions. Crab ragoon didn’t have the imitation crab as anticipated. Overall taste was decent but not amazing.

We didn't go inside, but we ordered food to-go. Our first time trying this place while in the area as we are in the area often and wanted to find a good Chinese restaurant we could go to whenever we are in the area. Ordered a thing of Sweet & Sour Chicken Fingers they were so small & hard even my dog did not want to eat them. Crab Ragoons actually were not bad & the rice. Overall we will not come to this place again, we were not satisfied with our order.

Ok, so I tried to eat a bite of my husband's orange chicken and ended up with a piece of wire from a choreBoy. I'm lucky I didn't brake my tooth or swallow it.

Did not receive vegetable chop suey, but instead a giant cut up onion, a few mushrooms, no baby corn cobs at all, and big broccoli stems. Should have been called Onion Suey!

Greatest chinese food I've ever had! I had a semi large order done in under 15 minutes and my food has always been phenomenal. Prices are very reasonable and they are very accommodating to any requests made, I would wholeheartedly
