i tried to have my wife grab food for when i got off of work and got a nice clump of hair in my food this was my order number… it was disgustingly, hope you don’t have to deal with it too, can you believe i couldn’t talk to a manager…

Bretsen the manager with curly hair is visably chewing gum while prepping and packing my food, I thought it was standard policy that you DONT let them chew gum while peparing food. I wont be back as I think it's a risk, it's gross, AND unsanitary. This is a manager we are talking about.

Cold food at drive-thru. Almost every visit I get told to pull forward to a stall. Basic cheese burger and fry meal. They always walk so slow with your bag of food open letting the food get cold. I don't pay for cold food.

We live close by and visit this location frequently. I'm particular about my food and always order it cook to order. I usually don't have an issue and am pulled ahead to wait for my fresh food. Which I'm okay with because that's how I ordered it. Lately they have new crew members that like to pull me forward and deliver me cold soggy food. Needless to say I'm happy Wendy's and A&W are now in town and close by since this place is going to trash.

they forgot an item in my order so I called to ask for a replacement and was greeted with hostility from the manager, desiree. She told me she was too busy to fix her mistake and hung up on me not once but twice. No worker let alone MANAGER should speak to a customer in such a manner, I can’t even imagine how poorly she speaks to the employees.

I Usually come to this McDonald’s and their food is good. There are some minor issues I noticed with the maintenance and staff. It’s not cleaned as much as it probably should be. But the food isn’t bad it taste exactly like it has for years. I would recommend still but there is definitely some things to improve.

Horrible service. Ordered a DBL CB extra value meal, and a 2 CB extra value.meal, was told there was no such thing as a DBL CB EVM. So when I just ordered the sammiches and fries, no drink, when I get to the 2nd window, I was asked to pull ahead in the wait line, where I sat for 8 minutes. When my food actually came, they still screwed up the order by missing a medium fry. I pull around to go in, and right on the window, is a picture of a DBL CB value meal for $5........ are these people really that lazy??

The food and service was overall good, but the one thing why I’m giving it 3 stars is because they forgot 3 hashbrowns that are on the receipt.
The food is not a healthy choice but... it taste good, people were nice, and it was exactly what I ordered and what I expected.

What a great experience! I decided to stop in after dental work at the brand-new Mac Dental Office across the street and I was not disappointed! This is going to become my favorite coffee place in the area. The place is beautiful and well-kept inside with a display case showing many items, including their syrups. I was interested in making sure before I ordered. None of the syrups had artificial food coloring in them. I was pleased to find out they do not. I ordered a lavender latte. And the coffee was excellent! So much better than the chain stores. Thank you and I will be back! ☕️
