Breakfast dive bar. Very comfortable atmosphere. The waitress was fun and efficient. The food was good and nicely portioned. The facility could use a spruce-up.

I was told to try day break for a good fish fry by a friend as i have struggled to find a good fish fry that reminds me of home with good fresh portions of perch walleye,and white fish. Most places here serve cod which I'm not crazy about. Iv come to the conclusion after trying 7 spots in wausau that central wisconsin doesn't have the resources for the fry I'm used to back in Michigan. The people here were wonderful, that goes for the service as well as the guests inside promoting a nice atmosphere. ?
