Ordered food tonight for delivery and it arrived 30 minutes late. I initially called at 15 minutes and was assured the food was on the way and I expressed concerns with food being cold and was assured it would be fine. Well when it did arrive the Crab Rangoon’s were cold along with some of the sushi that had fried items inside. Tried calling restaurant and the lady I spoke to was not friendly and told me she had other customers she needed to attend to in store. Making it seem my delivery order was less important than the people she was handling in restaurant. I told her that thought and she simply laughed on the phone. She ended up hanging up the phone on me and here we sit with cold food (the crab Rangoons temped at 80 degress) well below what is food safe. Initially I would have been fine with them refunding the rangoons and offering a discount but the way it was handled and her hanging up the phone and general attitude toward me was unacceptable for a place that we have given our business to many times in the past. No longer will be going/ordering here in the future.
Side note, we ordered thru chow now who contacted Shanghai grill and this is what the lady told them when they attempted to get a refund for me.
“Please also note that the store mentioned if you require on-time delivery, you might consider placing another order at a different restaurant, as they cannot guarantee on-time delivery due to a busy schedule and various factors that could affect delivery times.”
“If you still wish to place an order at their store, they mentioned that you can place an order for pickup but not for delivery if you require on-time delivery.”
Two thumbs down tonight for this place, they clearly won’t stand behind their delivery times so be careful, you might get cold food but it’s not their fault. 😂😂

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The Mongolian beef had a strong, unpleasant smell and was inedible. The rest of the food was below average, with small portions—except for the rice, which was excessively served. Unfortunately, this was my birthday dinner, and it completely ruined the occasion. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I wouldn’t want others to have the same experience.

Ordered 2 pad thai with extra vegetables for delivery to my hotel. Selected the option for utensils too, all for a specific time. The delivery person came 30 minutes early and left my food alone at the front desk, no napkins or utensils. There didn't seem to be very many vegetables and it was overpowered with excessive cilantro. Kind of a bummer.

The food is absolutely amazing! The amount of food you get for the price you pay is unbelievable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This place is a diamond in the rough for sure. Shanghai Grill is my favorite Chinese restaurant around.
First time here and very satisfied with everything I ordered . Great prices and great food . For 25$ I was able to get an appetizer , soup , salad , and sushi . I highly recommend this place ?

Food was some of the best I've had in a looonnng time. I ordered the appetizer platter with orange chicken while my husband ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce. All of it was more than any amount we get at other restaurants, so major bang for our buck. All the statues seemed kind of dusty and we were sitting right under them basically so that was kinda gross. But other than that, great food, especially in this economy

We ordered through Door Dash and got General Tao's chicken, bourbon chicken with lo mein and crab rangoon. Unfortunately, the food was literally the worst "Chinese" we've had. General Tao's chicken was dry and had an odd, but bland flavor. The bourbon chicken had little flavor and very small pieces of chicken. The lo mein was tasteless. The crab rangoon was awful. The filling was sweet and the wrap was hard/thick and tasteless. Very disappointing.
