They gave me the wrong order so I went back and the employee kept saying I should’ve called even though I literally brought the order back with the receipt. They refused to do anything about it and to reorder again. Never going back. At least if you mess up, own up to it.

I cut out TJs®️ from my budget. When her husband cooked on TJs®️on Merrill Ave in the early 80's, you could get full on two tacos!

Management doesn't have a lick of customer service in their bones. If you have issues with their POS app it's your fault and they react to your frustration with anger and blame you. I won't be back, I like the food but I won't contribute to someone's salary who can't bother to answer the phone.

Formerly hated Taco John's due to a bad visit in Marshfield over 10 years ago. We decided to give this location a shot....SOOO glad we did. We are hooked! The food is great, the staff and friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. Better than Taco Bell, hands down!

When our order through app was wrong because of the way the app was set up, tried talking to the manager and she came with attitude as we explained our issue and basically didn’t listen to us or even apologize this happened about 5:45 on 3/17/25 - my husband just wasted money and didn’t eat… I’d like a response from someone who can listen and not place blame into us when we didn’t know
