I cut out TJs®️ from my budget. When her husband cooked on TJs®️on Merrill Ave in the early 80's, you could get full on two tacos!

Management doesn't have a lick of customer service in their bones. If you have issues with their POS app it's your fault and they react to your frustration with anger and blame you. I won't be back, I like the food but I won't contribute to someone's salary who can't bother to answer the phone.

Formerly hated Taco John's due to a bad visit in Marshfield over 10 years ago. We decided to give this location a shot....SOOO glad we did. We are hooked! The food is great, the staff and friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is clean. Better than Taco Bell, hands down!

When our order through app was wrong because of the way the app was set up, tried talking to the manager and she came with attitude as we explained our issue and basically didn’t listen to us or even apologize this happened about 5:45 on 3/17/25 - my husband just wasted money and didn’t eat… I’d like a response from someone who can listen and not place blame into us when we didn’t know
The potato ole's were a little bit salty this last time, but normally they are salted perfectly

Gets worse every time I go. More and more wrong with the order every single time. Today was the last straw. After realizing the only thing correct about our 30 dollar order was that our Ole’s were in the bag.

Came back to change my 5 star review to a 3 star review. Potato oles used to be awesome. Got some tonight and they literally had no seasoning on them. Meat and potato burrito had 4 oles in it. Not happy with this visit.

My potato oles had next to no seasoning. The seasoning is the only reason I really like them. I'm blaming the guy who complained about how salty they were but the restaurant still caved to social pressure so the two stars for the food stands.
