Waited for 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us. It was close to 11am, breakfast ends at 11am. Asked for the lunch menu, got ordered and 30 mins later said it won’t be coming anytime soon because of a large table that ordered breakfast at 10:50.. we ended up canceling our order and leaving. I do believe short on staff, wish the workers would do less talking with customers and acknowledge the customers sitting at the bar.. I don’t leave reviews like this because I work in the industry, it was a bit ridiculous.

Place is too busy for their own good. Burnt pizza, only 1 waitress for the entire bar/restaurant. We were forgotten about and half of our meal was missing.

Terrible service, they only care about their regular customers. Extremely rude to vacationers just trying to get some food. Pointed and complained about our table. Short female with black hair and glasses ignored us multiple times. I hate to see it because multiple of us work in food industry and would have tipped well. Don’t judge a book by its cover :(

Nice out-of-the way bar with good food. Great place to meet friends.
We stopped here for breakfast and couldn't complain. Everything that was ordered was done exactly. We also, on our way back, stopped here for dinner and had the prime rib, and it was amazing again done perfectly and with so much flavor. Will definately stop here again.

Waited two hours for bad food, terrible customer service after about an hour and a half someone stopped by the table, handed me a single napkin (there were 7 in our party) said I’m not going to apologize for the wait (we never asked for an apology) and left. When our food finally got there not only was it subpar but also cold. Don’t go if you want to keep your sanity.

One of the best restaurants in Wisconsin, we have been there twice, the food was incredibly wonderful, and the service was good, they don't have many employees, so delays are expected, but it's worth the wait.
