Wanted to try the new steak tips, my order was delivered quickly and the meal was plenty hot. I do feel the meat had been over cooked several pieces even to the point of being slightly burned! Willing to give them another try.

My meal was $17.28 I went through the drive thru was greeted by a cranky lady. Not saying hello but only say $17.28 “Not please’ and agitated with me as I did not have my money ready for her. She gives me my change shuts the door. As I say what customer service. She turn around opened the door and said rudely what did you say. I repeated myself and said ma’am your in customer service a smile or hello makes a whole difference. She complained on how not always does she enjoy doing that. I kindly said well this maybe the wrong job then. I got my food as she then said thank you have a wonderful day. And I said you as well. Got home. My food was awful worst hamburger ever. Made fresh? No dried and had an awful taste…..

Pulled up to order 6 minutes before close and the gate was down and the drive through was shut down. I understand it but really could have used 6 roast beef sandwiches for the family.
The workers were all pretty pleasant and the store seemed to clean. All around a good place to stop if you're on the road and, need a pick me up.

Visited often from July to September 2024 while working at Thedacare Hospital. The employees at this location are awesome! Even remembered my name after a while. Definitely the best service I've experienced at any fast food restaurant. Great job! Give them a raise :)
