After a poor experience at another coffee shop near by we tried Beans & Books and were pleasantly surprised! Very cozy inside with a spread of comfy chairs, puzzles, games, electric fire place, and of course books! Some other items for purchase including local honey, coffee, arts/crafts, and more. Friendly service, even remembered to tell me to join their rewards. You can tell they care about returning patronage.

Visited the cafe as I had a short break. Service was okay, not as friendly as other people were greeted way nicer than when I walked in or was there. Furniture is a bit old and expresso drink was bitter. Nothing special.

I stopped in today while waiting on my oil change. I felt bad everything was running smooth and then they had the health inspectors come in. There were a few impatient customers during that time, and I just feel like every time I come in to this establishment, you ladies rock! You are so kind and between the drive thru and the customers inside you get it done with smiles. Lets all try to remember to be patient and kind, you never know what someone else is going through. The coffee is better than any coffee chain. Those bagel breakfast sandwiches are addicting, and the customer service and cleanliness is on point! I moved here from out of state last year and I tell everyone how good and relaxing it is to just be able to come in, drink my coffee and do homework. To the staff, I appreciate you. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
