I placed my order at 12:56. No one in line behind me. Place was pretty dead. I ordered the 3 for $7. I was charged full price for all 3 items. Not $7. Fine. I move on. At 1:15, I still had not received my order. I asked how much longer and they said they'd given out the order already. I said I didn't receive it and the offered to get it ready for me. Once I finally receive my order...I'm missing one of the 3 items. Very disappointing experience.

We ordered a double cheeseburger w/lettuce & Mayo, also a chicken sandwich, this was at the Drive-Thru. We took our sandwiches home to eat. Well, besides having to wait for our food, & they were NOT BUSY, & got home & the Double Cheeseburger was not! Just a single cheeseburger & we paid for the Double! The chicken sandwich was just acceptable, nothing to write home about!!! Don't know if we'll be back. Only other choices are McDonalds or Hardee's. McDonalds is always busy & a wait & Hardee's never looks like there is anyone home!! NOT A LOT OF CHOICES !!!!

so i roll up to burger king, already half starved, thinking i’m about to feast. big mistake. first, they have lemonade on the menu, but when i try to order it, they’re like, “nah, we don’t actually have that.” cool, guess i’ll just wash down my disappointment with air. then i pull out a $50 bill to pay, and you’d think i handed them a check from the tooth fairy. “sorry, we can’t take that.” what do you mean? is my money too rich for your buns??
speaking of buns, let’s talk about those sad, stale frisbees they call bread. i’m pretty sure i could’ve used one to sand my coffee table. and the burger? it tasted like it went through a midlife crisis. honestly, i’ve had better meals at a hospital. long story short, if you’re craving regret and food poisoning, this is the spot for you.

This place deserves not even 1 star!!!! They Gave my 1 year old spicy chicken!! Chicken wraps were so damn cold I’m sure it wasn’t in the safe temp for eating. You guys are gonna kill someone. The place smells like a sewer is running though so I’m sure there’s a lot of cross contamination going on there. Honestly feel as though I deserve a refund. My kids and I better not end up with food poisoning. This place should be shut down. The workers obviously do not care and shouldn’t have control if someone gets sick or not. It’s truly not hard to ensure food is safe , clean and at the correct temperature ( as bacteria starts to grow ) I never stop at fast food for myself let alone my baby and kids and ofc the 1 time I do we are at high risk of food poisoning. ALSO if they see you coming in with kids after 5 pm they will be sure to close the play area ( not like we want to be in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 2001. )

If you're looking to take your children to an indoor playplace don't waste your time driving to this location. At 6:30 on a Friday night you'll walk into an empty lobby with maybe a car going through the drive thru and 4 employees standing around doing nothing, yet they have the playplace closed. This is the third time we've gone there in the early evening just to be told the playplace is closed. We're making the drive somewhere else from now on and won't bother trying the Shawano location anymore.
Burger king is a great place . The food was great the fries were awesome. The only thing that sucks is at the menu in the drive through they still have a picture saying they have lemonade bht they don't. Sooo pleaseeee update yourrr menuu

Took my son here the other day before camp for lunch. I gave him a choice of what he wanted and he chose Burger King. He has a wheat allergy, so I ordered him a bacon cheeseburger with no bun. The cashier told me they can't do that. I said we have ordered it at many other Burger King restaurants with no problem. She said they don't have boxes to put that in, so if they make it they would put the meat in a chicken nugget wrapper and the condiments wrapped in a regular burger wrapper. I just looked at her in disbelief for a few seconds, and then we left and went to McDonald's.

If I would've rated this location a month ago, I wouldve given it 3 stars, but the experience I had yesterday bumped it to a 5 star based on customer service alone. Previously having visited, I had waited for over 10 minutes in a drive through line and that was just to be able to place an order. It's a small town so the line wasn't THAT long! To me, having worked in thos industry before, 10 minutes to order is unacceptable. However, yesterday I went through for breakfast right at the 10:30 mark and placed my order. I was in the drive through line MAYBE 5 minutes in TOTAL! I then had to go through the line again 10 minutes later to order for a friend, and again, it was maybe 5 minutes in total. The gal at the window, may have been the manager??, remembered me and asked if I needed syrup with my previous order. She had me wait in the parking lot both orders because they had put some fresh food in for my orders. However I still didn't wait more than 3 minutes in the parking lot for either order. Because of this experience, I can consider frequenting this location again, giving it another try, because of the single gal at the window going above and beyond.
Parking: A big open parking lot, BUT BE AWARE!!!! The parking lot lacks a LOT of maintenance!! Meaning, there are craters in the parking lot when you first drive in and head to the drive through, that if you don't have a truck or a heavy vehicle with big tires, your likely to end up with some suspension or tire problems down the road, so BE CAREFUL!

The whopper looked like someone threw it into the bun, as it was all mangled. The FF were very saturated in grease and hard to chew, maybe a few good and many overdone. The juice for the kids meal was forgotten altogether, and they doubled the whopper order and charged me for it. Won't be going back. This is sad because when we would venture to Shawano, we usually always chose Burger King as a treat.
