Burger King in Shawano I've been there several times because I take my granddaughter and there is food and drinks that have been spilled and we go up to ask them to please clean it up and they say we'll get to it when we get to it Even if it's not even crowded anybody can slip and fall and get hurt. They need to listen to their customers that come in that are concerned about their children in the play area. Not a big fan of their food either The fish sandwich is the only thing I'll eat there

I ordered a Whopper this morning with no mayo. When i got it it was no mayo but they also forgot to put ketchup and pickle on it. Which on the wrapper it was marked no mayo on one side but the other side (whopper with cheese) was marked no mayo no ketchup no pickle which makes me believe that i was given a old sandwhich that has been sitting there for a while because it tasted old and was barely warm. Also was waiting in drive thru for about 10 minutes at the window so I expected to have warm food but no my fries were also old, stale, an hard. So why was i waiting there for so long. It was not busy either. Definitely not worth $27 and I will not be getting stuff from here again because this seems to be a problem.

I placed my order at 12:56. No one in line behind me. Place was pretty dead. I ordered the 3 for $7. I was charged full price for all 3 items. Not $7. Fine. I move on. At 1:15, I still had not received my order. I asked how much longer and they said they'd given out the order already. I said I didn't receive it and the offered to get it ready for me. Once I finally receive my order...I'm missing one of the 3 items. Very disappointing experience.
We ordered a double cheeseburger w/lettuce & Mayo, also a chicken sandwich, this was at the Drive-Thru. We took our sandwiches home to eat. Well, besides having to wait for our food, & they were NOT BUSY, & got home & the Double Cheeseburger was not! Just a single cheeseburger & we paid for the Double! The chicken sandwich was just acceptable, nothing to write home about!!! Don't know if we'll be back. Only other choices are McDonalds or Hardee's. McDonalds is always busy & a wait & Hardee's never looks like there is anyone home!! NOT A LOT OF CHOICES !!!!

so i roll up to burger king, already half starved, thinking i’m about to feast. big mistake. first, they have lemonade on the menu, but when i try to order it, they’re like, “nah, we don’t actually have that.” cool, guess i’ll just wash down my disappointment with air. then i pull out a $50 bill to pay, and you’d think i handed them a check from the tooth fairy. “sorry, we can’t take that.” what do you mean? is my money too rich for your buns??
speaking of buns, let’s talk about those sad, stale frisbees they call bread. i’m pretty sure i could’ve used one to sand my coffee table. and the burger? it tasted like it went through a midlife crisis. honestly, i’ve had better meals at a hospital. long story short, if you’re craving regret and food poisoning, this is the spot for you.

This place deserves not even 1 star!!!! They Gave my 1 year old spicy chicken!! Chicken wraps were so damn cold I’m sure it wasn’t in the safe temp for eating. You guys are gonna kill someone. The place smells like a sewer is running though so I’m sure there’s a lot of cross contamination going on there. Honestly feel as though I deserve a refund. My kids and I better not end up with food poisoning. This place should be shut down. The workers obviously do not care and shouldn’t have control if someone gets sick or not. It’s truly not hard to ensure food is safe , clean and at the correct temperature ( as bacteria starts to grow ) I never stop at fast food for myself let alone my baby and kids and ofc the 1 time I do we are at high risk of food poisoning. ALSO if they see you coming in with kids after 5 pm they will be sure to close the play area ( not like we want to be in there looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since 2001. )
