Service was horrible probably the most depressing burger I’ve ever had dry and no seasoning just a chunk of meat and a bun had to ask for my bill cause the server never came back to check in on us disappointed

We arrived around 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. We’re told it would be 45 minutes before we could get food. We asked our waitress after an hour when we could order and she said she’d have to check. We left at 8 PM after not having any order for food or given any option for an any type of food. Worst service I’ve ever gotten there.

So disappointed in our experience here because we were super excited to try it out. My husband and I along with our toddler arrived at 6:40 to get dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were promptly taken into the back seating area where there was one other table of people but the rest of the area was empty. We saw the other customers getting their food boxed up by the waiter as well as their checks being handled. They exited and we assumed the waiter would come to us next to at least get us drinks. Instead we sat around for 25 almost 30 minutes just to leave because no one ever came back into the back seating area. We left hungry and upset that no one had even the courtesy to tell us they were behind and it would be just a few minutes.

Good drinks and food went for Octoberfest watched live music it rained and it was outside but had a good time definitely will go back for the food

The owner is an amazing woman taking good care of the establishment and the menu. Staff is Always friendly and always busy.

Wonderful wait staff, great food, great atmosphere. We come visit everytime while in shawano. Our waitress was super kind, patient and sweet. Had beef medallions, mushroom/spinach pasta, soup and salads. This is a place for anyone and everyone. Check them out!

Always a great experience at Classic’s Restaurant! Great old fashions and exceptional food! The staff is awesome!

This place has a fun esthetic and the live music is pretty cool. While the food was good, the portions seemed small for the cost or even compared to other supper clubs. The spinach and bacon salad appeared to be much different than the first time we were here; it barely had any bacon and the dressing was very tangy. The scallops were pretty small and the plates didn't have much food altogether. The steaks were good which was a plus for some in our group.

Really more bar than restaurant. The bar was packed and I had to ask a customer where the restaurant was. He suggested I talk to the bartender. Eventually we were escorted to another wing where the restaurant was. The BBQ ribs were decent but the angel hair pasta and shrimp was really spaghetti noodles and shrimp. The service was slow. The waitress had to walk a long way to the kitchen for the food. There was a sign outside about specials for $12.99 or so but that was only available if you ate dinner in the bar. There were no seats in the crowded and loud bar. Kind of ridiculous. Very disappointed.
