Stopped by on the recommendation of a local. Boy was I surprised. I figured it was just another bar, but it turned out that I was in for a treat. Very friendly staff, good cold drinks, live music, and very good food. I had the Lobster Tail and was pleased. The Old Fashioneds were spot on, and they even put on a little show for my bar neighbors birthday. I will be back.

Chef Robin and the entire staff at Classics blew my friend and i away last night at the German themed wine pairing dinner! Wow, it was incredible! Service was fantastic and food was over the top excellent! The entire evening was so nice and especially so affordable. Thank you all for sharing your passion and talents! We wee certainly impressed and will certainly recommend!
We came to Classic’s Friday night. We had dinner and enjoyed the band Doug Allen Nash. Our food was excellent and service top notch! Friendly staff and the owner was very accommodating. The place was packed with awesome music. Thank you for a fantastic evening ❤️?

I must have come on a bad day. Or living in Appleton and not in Shawano I expect better. The place was a dive. Loud. Food was almost inedible. Appleton has a large amount of truly lovely restaurants, top notch! So I am used to quality food . I’m used to nice interiors. Good service. We didn’t get it here. We rented a cottage in Shawano. We kept renting the same cottage. We didn’t go here again. We found better food at McDonald’s.
