I ordered a turtle Sunday they handed me a banana split told me it was a turtle Sunday after I questioned it then I went on the app to say they messed up my order and got ignored at the store in shawano Wisconsin night shift I will not be going back to get stuff I did not order and to be ignored horrible service horrible place horrible people

Brian has excellent customer service. He displays true Culver's values in service and care for the customer. An example of it is he makes sure that my gluten free meal is done correctly with the sauces on the side and fork and knife are in the bag. I really appreciate his efforts.

Service was horrendous. Me and my friends came here from our camping trip for dinner and after a long wait for food an employee came and accused us of smoking in the restaurant. Which none of us were doing, they assumed because we were teenagers we had to be the ones vaping and smoking. Once we told them we weren’t smoking they said, “yea well we got two complains and we can smell it on you guys.” and walked away? then had another employee sit at a table right by us and just watch us the whole time we were finishing our food. extremely uncomfortable, rude, and unprofessional.
