We usually have a great experience at Culver's in town, not tonight. The gentleman who took our orders name was Aaron, he just sounded like he hated his job and didn't want to be here. The woman who handed us our drinks and ticket number at the window was even ruder than him. I'm surprised to be honest we always have great service here so I was so disappointed. Time was 610pm to 615, Monday the 3rd. I might actually stop coming here as often after this. So disappointed. If you don't like your job, go find another one. Whoever was in the window tonight, tone of voice matters. We're never difficult customers. However, Ethan was very sweet and kind when he came out with our food.

Ordered a double butterburger and when it was brought to my table, there was a very noticeable long grey hair on my sandwich. I went back up to have it remade, and all I got was a sorry. The gentleman behind me received the wrong order and he was given a free value basket. I also noticed many of the booths and seats were dirty, with food rements and grease prints left from previous customers.

So disappointed!! My fries were cold and stale, for the second time. And my shake was so watered down and loose. Might as well have been drinking milk. The first time my fries were cold and stale. The second time, I ordered the bacon double deluxe basket, and didn't have bacon on my burger. But I still gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave another chance. This time totally unacceptable. I always loved Culver's. But I'm sorry,I will be terminating and discontinuing my relationship with Culver's. So, soo disappointed ?

Normally have a good experience, but just came home to eat my food, there is some large chunk of half-fried batter in my Large cheese curd I ordered, and I ordered a sourdough combo large with bacon. I received a Large fry, medium drink, and no bacon. 40$ for barely a filling meal also. Prices are astronomical for the quality, I can get a steak for half of that.
Greasy, greasy burgers. Great for custard treat!
