I had a terrible experience with another restaurant before coming to this location. I was not in a good mood and Jack, whilst laid back, was extremely helpful with attitude, accommodations and explaining the menu(first time). The food was surprisingly fresh, tasty, and didn't take too long to prepare. Too expensive for fast food but still good.

Notably these were THE BEST French fries we've had at any Culver's ever!!!! Whoever was on the fryer on Wednesday afternoon, you're amazing!!!! Kind and friendly staff and awesome burgers and chicken sandwich. Will remember as a great stop while traveling!

First of all the customer service is by far the best at any Culver's that I have ever eaten at. And I've traveled many places. My favorite employee is Matthew! His customer service is beyond. And his voice is amazing. He sounds like he could be a radio announcer. I'm just impressed by this Culver's all around and the food is great. Even if the food wasn't, I would come back just for the customer service. But the food's awesome! Thank you for being awesome In a town that doesn't have a whole lot of food that I like.

We usually have a great experience at Culver's in town, not tonight. The gentleman who took our orders name was Aaron, he just sounded like he hated his job and didn't want to be here. The woman who handed us our drinks and ticket number at the window was even ruder than him. I'm surprised to be honest we always have great service here so I was so disappointed. Time was 610pm to 615, Monday the 3rd. I might actually stop coming here as often after this. So disappointed. If you don't like your job, go find another one. Whoever was in the window tonight, tone of voice matters. We're never difficult customers. However, Ethan was very sweet and kind when he came out with our food.

Ordered a double butterburger and when it was brought to my table, there was a very noticeable long grey hair on my sandwich. I went back up to have it remade, and all I got was a sorry. The gentleman behind me received the wrong order and he was given a free value basket. I also noticed many of the booths and seats were dirty, with food rements and grease prints left from previous customers.

So disappointed!! My fries were cold and stale, for the second time. And my shake was so watered down and loose. Might as well have been drinking milk. The first time my fries were cold and stale. The second time, I ordered the bacon double deluxe basket, and didn't have bacon on my burger. But I still gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave another chance. This time totally unacceptable. I always loved Culver's. But I'm sorry,I will be terminating and discontinuing my relationship with Culver's. So, soo disappointed ?
