Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

All I know is this place is awful they changed their prices for cakes the blizzards are already melted by the time you get them which by the way take 15 minutes just to get 2 blizzards in the drive thru new owners are horrible they don’t listen I’ve tried to give them a chance but every time they just get my order wrong and when I went inside it’s a mess tables are sticky dirty napkins everywhere they touched the food I didn’t end up eating with their hands that were so clearly dirty I seen one of the older men in the kitchen cough without covering his mouth that same man had his groin on the counter where they bagged my food I seen them once with open toe slippers. My neice worked here and off of my experience there and her working there coming home complaining about the new owners and stressed out I would not recommend working nor eating here take my word for it

Everyone was very pleasant and polite and eager to help and please. I recommend this Dairy Queen to all I know. I stop just about every time I come to Shawano. I love in Oconto Falls. Thank you Shawano Dairy Queen ❣️❣️❣️❣️

We always try to stop on Sundays and get banana splits and blizzards. Our mother who passed away a few years ago loved there splits because they had no nuts on them. She was allergic to nuts. We love shawno dairy Queen and it's workers.

As we ate an employee told the manager sitting at the table in the dining room she didn't feel good and she thought she might vomit. The manager told her she had to get her shift covered if she wanted to leave. The girl went back into the kitchen area and continued to work. I dont know if she was sick or didn't want to be there but why would an manager let a sick person around food.
