Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

The customer service tonight was terrible. I placed an online order that was ready when we got there but had to ask about our blizzard, dilly bar and soda. The way the staff spoke to me as the customer was rude and uncalled for. All I was asking was for the items we already paid for. This is the second time we have had poor service.

I don't know what happened to this place but it is unsatisfactory now. Not only are they unprepared when they open, but I returned at night to order and receive Mocha Moo-lattes that not only lack chocolate, but taste like watered down vanilla shake with a sneeze of coffee .... but the cheese curds were good or so I was told.

This dairy Queen is by far the best in the area. the store always clean, the food is fresh and the service is amazing the staff is friendly and fast and you can tell they really care about customers. a big shout-out of the owner AK's he super professional polite and makes sure everything run smoothly. you can tell he takes pride in his business and it shows in the quality and atmosphere. highly recommended this location for anyone craving great ice cream and excellent

Finally got frustrated enough to leave a review. I seem to always have some small issues when I go but the kids like the blizzards so I deal with it. When ordering i ordered a kids meal. When asked if I wanted the treat right away I asked for the $.50 off mini blizzard. They told me I couldn't do that. Argued but they said I needed a coupon. So I just paid full wasn't going to keep arguing over $.50 plus thought maybe something changed. But when I got the meal sure enough right on the coupon it says free cone or $.50 off mini blizzard. I could have moved on from that but then when I got home, they messed up my order. Didn't give me cheesecurds I ordered and didn't make the hot dog plain. Also realized I never got my sundae for the $7 meal deal (I'll blame myself for that since I didn't realize it when I was there).

Im not sure if there having an issue with there drive thru order screen, but my orders are either half heard, or one ear put the other. Sometimes there pushy for you to be done ordering, even after one item. Its not just me getting something half the time, I have passengers too. If they weren't so pushy, id probably go here more.

me and my good buddy came here after a long day of golfing and we were very excited to have a nice dinner. all was going good until a young man and a young woman came to clean the bathrooms. they were being very obnoxious and complaining about having to work, also they were talking bad about their coworkers. this new generation is unreal.

the food and service at the counter was very good though.

Did not get the order correct, waited 15 minutes for our food and food was cold and not what we ordered when we received. Nearly could understand the guy too when ordering.

This place used to be packed on a nice hot summer day but what I didn’t know is new people took over the ice cream not even close to being as good as it used to be. One star for the food service was fast because it was it was dead. Atmosphere, there wasn’t very many workers so my opinion not worth it the place went down from years ago

I’ve been willing to look past the new ownership’s poor performance, increased prices, and regularly getting my orders wrong, because the ice cream was still tasty and they seemed to be trying hard.

Tonight is the night I will never be going back afterwards. I ordered a small Oreo hot cocoa blizzard. The cashier looked disgusted to take my card. Went to grab it, brought her hand back in and grabbed a napkin so she could take it from my hand. The ice cream was then handed to me. Not flipped and half melted already so I asked for an updated one because I had to drive home with it. One was made but when I got through the first couple of bites, they only made the top chocolate and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. My $7 small blizzard was just vanilla ice cream because they were too lazy to make it correctly.

I’ve attempted to be loyal even through the new ownership and I can’t do it. My family’s ice cream business will be going elsewhere.

All I know is this place is awful they changed their prices for cakes the blizzards are already melted by the time you get them which by the way take 15 minutes just to get 2 blizzards in the drive thru new owners are horrible they don’t listen I’ve tried to give them a chance but every time they just get my order wrong and when I went inside it’s a mess tables are sticky dirty napkins everywhere they touched the food I didn’t end up eating with their hands that were so clearly dirty I seen one of the older men in the kitchen cough without covering his mouth that same man had his groin on the counter where they bagged my food I seen them once with open toe slippers. My neice worked here and off of my experience there and her working there coming home complaining about the new owners and stressed out I would not recommend working nor eating here take my word for it
