The staff here has honestly tried their very best. Upper management is the issue. Shawano needs better options than this. Domino's really blew it recently, sales will show it.
I ordered pizza there earlier today on 12/31/24 and they made it wrong and I told them what I ordered the manager started arguing with me telling me that I didn’t order it that way, she was rude about giving me a new pizza or giving me my money back.
2 hours and no pizza... Ordered pizza at 5:22 PM. Estimated delivery time was 32-42 minutes. One hour later we called to check on our order, they said "it should be out for delivery". Fine, we'll wait a bit longer. 20 minutes after that, still no pizza. So we called back again and talked to the "supposed" manager, Ally, who said our food was just put in and it would be 20 minutes or so. Ok. 45 minutes after that call, still no pizza. It's now been 2 full hours since we ordered!...read full review
