I ordered pizza there earlier today on 12/31/24 and they made it wrong and I told them what I ordered the manager started arguing with me telling me that I didn’t order it that way, she was rude about giving me a new pizza or giving me my money back.

Ordered online, order was delivered in a timely matter and hot plus the delivery driver did not have Parmesan cheese with him and on his own he brought back some Parmesan, peppers plates and napkins, I just wish I had more money to tip him better . ??

I went to dominos the other day and I had a very positive experience.. the atmosphere was calm tho I waited a little bit for the workers attention it was fine. For the simple reason when I worker is doing their job I will always let them take all the time they need . These workers are keepsake workers.. don't know your names but keep up the good work guys

Ordered today for delivery, it took them 1 hour and 18 mins to prep my order... so far, called twice and was told they are short on drivers and the food will be going in the oven shortly. Sorry not sorry but If it takes you more than 10 mins to prep an order you need to notify the customer after those 10 minutes the order has been sitting there and nothing being done and give them the option to pick it up, or completely remove the delivery charge since it's not going to the driver anyways. Now I don't even want to tip your driver. This is horrible. I didn't ask for a discount for how long it's taking... but im giving them another 10 mins to get it here or im canceling it and calling corporate. I could have eaten twice by now. Update: it's now been 2 hours and still no pizza. Beyond unacceptable. I did call corporate and apparently they are noting the store. I will be demanding a free pizza if I ever do decide to order from here again. By the way... im a chef, and even being understaffed or busy is no excuse for this.

Piping hot pizza and the garlic bites are damn delectable. Of course, it's always an economic meal choice as well. We order from work, and everyone enjoys the food. They have plenty of seating on the premises, too. I wish there was one located in Clintonville because there isn't a pizza chain there for late night deliveries, etc.

I ordered online and got two orders of bread bites, an order of bread twists, and an order of brownies. We received ONE tiny container of marinara for all that. When I went in to ask about that I was told that the bread bites don't come with sauce and it would be an extra charge. This was EXTREMELY disappointing as we order from Domino's at least once a week and for this order of appetizers to total to $27 and not get extra sauce?? That's poor customer service.
