The staff here has honestly tried their very best. Upper management is the issue. Shawano needs better options than this. Domino's really blew it recently, sales will show it.

It took over an hour and a half to get our food. I get that today is New Year’s Eve but this has happened the last couple times as well. Some of the food was cold as well. Not as good as it used to be. Speed or quality.

Perfect hand tossed pizza on Christmas “Eve Eve”, lots of toppings and even crust on a $11.99 carry out deal. Slower pick up times than the location in the city I frequent however. (I came at the end of the estimated pick up time, and it was still in the oven). Very clean restaurant and friendly staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would .. look we paid for a hot good pizza.. We ordered it on line before you opened. 2 pizza to be ready by 11:30am. I guarantee you when you opened you made that pizza and you let it sit... Horrible pizza cold cold cold like its been sitting for at least 30 mins... Not a happy customer.....

Easily the slowest dominos. 3 times in a row now, so I'm not sure why we keep ordering, the wait for carry out has been over an hour. I placed my order at 349pm and it didn't even make it in the oven until 457pmThat's ridiculous. 3rd times a charm I guess. Now, I won't be able to eat before work because I thought placing an order before 4pm would mean they'd manage to get it done. I truly can't imagine they have THAT many orders. Only pizza place in town that has consistently taken this long. Can't blame it on staffing, my husband went in and there were 6 employees and only 4 other orders on the screen before us.Photos for proof.

I have never had a bad experience at this location and have been going here for years. Food is always great and the very fews times there has been a problem they made it right. The only negative thing I have to say is the estimated time on the app is sometimes way off, but that is not really their fault.

Would be better if they could deliver to Clintonville and it’s not that far at all if Arby’s can deliver from shawano to Clintonville then so can dominos but through Instacart cause this is getting stupid

The food was fine, but Domino's glass barrier let me see the slowest pizza making I've ever witnessed. It did not appear to be skill, rather that the employee seemed miserable to be there.
Ordered a pizza for delivery, when I got it…very disappointing. Pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, most of said pizza was extremely doughy….started feeling sick after 2 bites….DO BETTER!!
