I went to dominos the other day and I had a very positive experience.. the atmosphere was calm tho I waited a little bit for the workers attention it was fine. For the simple reason when I worker is doing their job I will always let them take all the time they need . These workers are keepsake workers.. don't know your names but keep up the good work guys

Ordered today for delivery, it took them 1 hour and 18 mins to prep my order... so far, called twice and was told they are short on drivers and the food will be going in the oven shortly. Sorry not sorry but If it takes you more than 10 mins to prep an order you need to notify the customer after those 10 minutes the order has been sitting there and nothing being done and give them the option to pick it up, or completely remove the delivery charge since it's not going to the driver anyways. Now I don't even want to tip your driver. This is horrible. I didn't ask for a discount for how long it's taking... but im giving them another 10 mins to get it here or im canceling it and calling corporate. I could have eaten twice by now. Update: it's now been 2 hours and still no pizza. Beyond unacceptable. I did call corporate and apparently they are noting the store. I will be demanding a free pizza if I ever do decide to order from here again. By the way... im a chef, and even being understaffed or busy is no excuse for this.

Piping hot pizza and the garlic bites are damn delectable. Of course, it's always an economic meal choice as well. We order from work, and everyone enjoys the food. They have plenty of seating on the premises, too. I wish there was one located in Clintonville because there isn't a pizza chain there for late night deliveries, etc.

I ordered online and got two orders of bread bites, an order of bread twists, and an order of brownies. We received ONE tiny container of marinara for all that. When I went in to ask about that I was told that the bread bites don't come with sauce and it would be an extra charge. This was EXTREMELY disappointing as we order from Domino's at least once a week and for this order of appetizers to total to $27 and not get extra sauce?? That's poor customer service.

It's another chain pizzeria. The crew is usually energetic and friendly however, making a stop here enjoyable and generally quick.

Absolutely horrible philly cheese steak sandwich. 3rd time experiencing poor quality and to top it off, I found 3 hairs in my sandwich. DISGUSTING. #NEVERAGAIN #PAPAJOHNS-4LIFE

Thank you so much for the crew that worked tonight. 4/16/23. I orderedpick up later than I probably should have and after getting home I realized I screwed up order :( called to see if I could get another pizzadelivered and the guy on phone was so accommodating and kept the best attitude ever (Dylan) the pizza was delivered by a super nice lady who gave nothing but best customer service. We ordered delivery and it was cold and incorrectly made when we finally got it an hour and a half after we ordered! It was not even edible as the grease settled into the bottom of the boxes, the cheese had become hard, and there wasn’t even sauce on my parmesan garlic wings. We called the store to express our disappointment and we were pretty much told to deal with it. The person I spoke with was mean and very rude as well! The pictures are of what was supposed to be stuffed garlic bread! No cheese at all inside of it!

First off, they are suppose to be open till 10PM even though the internet says they are open till midnight. So I placed an order tonight, offered a 15 percent tip of a 50 dollar order, and what happen? I get a message they cancelled my order. No reason, unless the fact it was to close to close maybe? But come on that's not a reason. I've been in line at a checkout counter before and even after the store has closed they've never turned me away while standing in line. If you place your order before close I was under the impression they would make it. Guess not. I've never left a review before but this rubbed me the wrong way.
