This shop is the bomb. They have fabulous staff and are amazing baristas. This place has become my after work pit stop and a sweet treat fav. 10/10 would highly recommend

I like dunkin' donuts but will never b back to Shawanos I ordered at the drive thru when they were slow (2 cars in the parking lot whose were probably employees cars and only 1 car in the drive thru who was behind me) and I sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting to even pay (this time isn't exaggerated either I know cuz I was looking at my phone while waiting because I was on my way to work) I've never had one drink take that long and for them to not even come to the window to take my money within the first 5 minutes at least... I might have just had a bad experience but I will not be going back.

they do get busy but i said butter pecan and oat milk, how you put normal milk in with the oatmilk its a substitute not an add on

They seem to be out of things frequently. And it doesn’t reflect in the app. I feel like they need to increase the par level on fast selling items. Otherwise I always enjoy the drinks….when I can get them.

When we ordered there was nothing available. Ended up just getting a coffee and donuts. When we placed the order we were told to wait at the second window. When we got there to there were storage racks behind the window. No one acknowledged we were even there. I was confused wondering why nobody took my payment. We sat there for a good 10 minutes before she finally came to the window. Then my coffee was luke warm. It was tasty but I don't know why it seemed like it was brewed earlier and then microwaved. It's also my first experience at any Dunkin donuts. So I don't know about the donuts just being tossed in a paper bag. No nepkins. No wax paper. Just a pile of donuts in a bag. I probably won't be going back. I was so excited to try it. It was sucky service. The donuts tasted great though. So did the coffee. The service was almost like a post apocalyptic atmosphere. Like I should feel lucky there's a restaurant at all.

Went through the drive thru ordered hot black decaffeinated, avocado toast with bacon, and 2 sausage patties 1 egg. Got the first cup of coffee it was cold. They replaced it at the window. Went and parked, looked at my toast, no bacon. Went back thru the drive thru she told me to pull up to the window. When I got up to the window she hastily said she would take the toast they originally gave me back? Im pretty sure it's illegal to pass food back through the window. Gave me the same toast back and just put bacon on it. So the toast and the avocado sauce was very cold when I took a bite. Then I thought what they may have done to the toast when they took it back. Threw it in the garbage. Terrible service!
