Frappe I purchased was thin and separated immediately. The drink tasted like a watery milkshake. I threw it out. Had a strange taste.

Nice comfortable coffee house. Relaxing trendy place. Good quick service. Good brews. Minimal food options as sign said 'kitchen closed today'. Recommend.

I always take friends or a little date here, and it's always a good time. Sometimes, the employees have an off day, but other than that, they are amazing.

Was in the area and wanted to support a local coffee shop. Came in about 110pm for a coffee and left shortly after encountering rude staff at counter. We had been standing there for less than a minute looking at the menu trying to decide what we wanted and were met with “can I help you ?” in a rude tone. At this point we hadn’t even been greeted with a hello. I politely answered we are deciding on what to order still but felt some deadly stares and impatience so we decided to pass on patroning. I was hoping the recent reviews would have resolved this issue but looks like that is not the case.

This place is so lovely, everytime I come in there it’s decorated for each season. The atmosphere is the best out of any coffee shop and the coffee is the best I’ve ever had!

Food and Coffee were great, but the women who I presume is the owner is very rude. She made very insulting comments about a group of ladies that had bibles calling them ‘thumpers’! I understand if it’s not for you but you need to be respectful of the customers who patron your business!

Thought I would give this local business a try, which left me feeling super disappointed. The woman at the register was rude. I requested food, she told me the kitchen is closed, then while waiting for my drink I saw food coming out of the kitchen. We settled and ordered muffins (which I asked if there were nuts and she told me ,no. Which there was in fact walnuts in). which were store bought and served just shy of frozen. I understand being busy, but when the service is less than desirable it doesn’t encourage return customers. So take away is if you have allergies or don’t want to be treated rudely. I would recommend trying somewhere else.

Wish we could have tried lunch here. We arrived at 1:10pm and they close at 2:00. We were informed the kitchen was closed. Closing time shouldn't be go-home time, and customers have a reasonable expectation to be served through the posted hours. Environment looks cute, but maybe we'll try again some time.

We stayed in Shawano over this last weekend. The fair was going on, GLAS was busy. But we still managed to visit every morning we were there. Their iced specials were to absolutely die for. We will be back whenever we’re through Shawano!

My first time here and it was a very pleasant experience. All the workers were in a good mood and seemed to be enjoying their day. A lot of open space, so while having a very cozy and comfortable feel, it doesn't feel cramped. A lot of beautiful local artwork and crafts for sale and a fun artsy painting on the wall. Music that added to the atmosphere and seemed pretty neutral to everyone's tastes. The mocha was pretty standard, but I wasn't expecting anything more. The turkey wrap was light and refreshing, but still plenty filling. The chips seemed homemade (I didn't ask, so don't quote me on that) and complimented the wrap well. Definitely the type of place I could see people coming to get a coffee and hang out or get some work done. All in all, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area.
